Great place in a great location.

We had a wonderful time at Mike and Brenda’s condo. It had everything we needed. A large beautiful kitchen. A great balcony with a view of the emerald water. They had beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. There are beautiful large pools in both buildings. Even though we had to cross the street to get to the beach it wasn’t a big deal at all. It was a breeze. We felt very safe crossing the street. We enjoyed a tropical drink at the tiki bar. The drinks were delicious and the setting is heavenly. Check in was easy. The hosts respond quickly and they made us feel very supported. The beds are comfortable and everything is pristine. We hope to return again. We highly recommend this amazing place. We had a friend getting married in Rosemary beach and it was so close that the drive was no problem. Thank you Mike and Brenda for hosting us. We created some beautiful memories to look back on forever.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The view was amazing! The beach was not overcrowded! People were friendly. Everything was clean. Plenty of extra blankets. We brought our own towels and laundry supplies but they were available for use. Cabinets were older but was not an issue for us. The shells were in abundance. Our boys caught a monster of a fish from shore. Garbage shoot was in a convenient spot. Diane was great to communicate with. The only thing I noticed often was the sirens. Otherwise this was a great experience for our family! The sound of the waves and view every morning and night is everything we hoped it would be! Fatty Patty’s was an amazing local must! Absolutely delicious!

We had a wonderful time for spring break! The location of the resort is great and the condo was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more! If we vacation in Panama City Beach again, we will definitely try to stay here!

This was our second time staying at Yvette’s place. We absolutely LOVE coming to stay here. It is steps from the beach. Yvette is a wonderful host, her place has the best atmosphere, and it is very clean. Her handwritten welcome notes make us feel like we are right at home! We can’t wait for our future stays!

My family spent a wonderful week at this property and had an amazing time! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning — it made every morning and evening extra special. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at Julia’s condo. She is a great host, very responsive!! The condo is walkable from the beach and several great areas - Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary. It is very clean and perfect for two people!

We love The Summit! Have been visiting for years. Pam’s condo was beautiful and make the perfect home away from home. She was great to work with, and very responsive if we had questions! Can’t wait to visit again!

The Green Heron was a nice place. It was clean, convienient, and in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away, and the two main roads into Panama City or Destin are just a couple blocks away.

Chuck was a great host! When we arrived the fridge smelled very strongly of fish and something had been spilled in the fridge. He came immediately when I let him know and cleaned it thoroughly completely eliminating the smell. He also lent us equipment for the beach and suggested places to eat that allowed pets. Great experience and would stay with Chuck again

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

Our stay was honestly fantastic. It was in the perfect location, right by the beach which made it so easy for us to run back to the house several times from the beach. The house was very spacious and nice. The backyard was great and made it easy having it fenced in if you have little kids or a dog. Best place to stay if you prefer a quiet relaxing time and the beach wasn’t crowded at all compared to other spots. Would definitely come again! David was very communicative and made sure everything was perfect.

we absolutely loved Jeff & Jill and their house. they are very responsive and accomodating. not to mention, the house is cozy and the view is amazing. it is right on the beach. i brought my grandparents and my nieces. my grandparents were very happy and my nieces had a blast. we are very thankful and we will be back.

Amy was a wonderful host! She greeted us upon our arrival. She was very attentive to our questions or any needs that arose. We appreciated the beautiful decor that gave us the coziness and comfort of home. All the amenities made our stay evermore enjoyable. The carriage house is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our walks in the beautiful area of Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys Beach. The sunsets were spectacular against the clear blue water and powder white sand. A true paradise! We really enjoyed our month stay at the lovely carriage house. Tom & Sandy

Great stay for the most part, very nice on the inside. The bar next door was loud pretty late which is at no fault of Dawn. She did have fans and noise makers which helped, hard to drown out the bass though.

Fabulous place to stay. It was just what we were hoping for. We felt right at home as soon as we got there and walked into the place. Our dog shadow as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. They were very accommodating. The only thing we asked for was extra coffee because we drink a lot of that. 😳😎 they actually have everything you need there when you get there which is very nice. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back there. Anytime we go visit my daughter or just to go have fun. Thanks again for your place and hospitality. Don

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Great house with everything you need and basically right across the street from the pool! Location was perfect. Close to Rosemary shopping/ restaurants and the beach. Nice open green space park right behind the house to get the kids energy out! House was fully equipped with plenty of pots and pans, laundry, and a pack n play for the baby. Jill was a great host- we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the close walk ability to the beach. This was a great location in Gulf Highlands closest to the beach entrance. Not all pools are heated, but it wasn’t far to walk to one of the heated pools. We also enjoyed the putt putt course. We found the people at the entrances to be quite pleasant and helpful. Katy was a great host to work with, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Unfortunately we had cold and rainy weather most of our stay so we did not get to use the lovely patio area as we’d hoped. So we easily drove to explore areas both east and west of PCB. Lots of good restaurants in the PCB areas too.

Darla’s place was as shown and described. It was super clean and comfortable! It only takes just 2 or 3 minutes to walk to the beach through the back gate. My wife and I enjoyed our stay towards the more quiet end of PCB!

This location was fantastic for our two families. It’s a super walkable location to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The pool is so close but also a safe distance away when staying with small children. The beach is very walkable but we found the tram to be really handy when carrying all the beach toys.

Great Hostess. Have been coming to PCB for the last six years and have stayed here for five of those six. Victoria is great with communicating and addressing anything that should come up to make your stay better. Her property is always clean and well maintained. She has a great crew. (Side Story) After our stay, her crew discovered my wife left her walking cane and text a picture to let us know. They were kind enough to take the time and ship it to us. With this kind of care we will continue to come back and support you. Thank you Victoria

Irina’s home was well decorated and the kitchen had everything you might need to prepare meals. The unit was plenty roomy and the A/C was great on the hot days. The pool area was nice and not crowded when we were there. All in all my wife and I would love to stay with her again if we are lucky enough to make it back to Panama City Beach someday.
