This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

We have a walk-in shower, a new deluxe Douglas mattress, quality organic linen and sateen cotton sheets, and fluffy towels. The exterior chairs will be replaced so we will update the photos soon. Howe Island Bunkie: Fall is a beautiful time to relax at our private bunkie. You can also kayak, bike, play corn hole game, etc. Cabin sleeps 2 with separate bathroom. Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, firepit (wood provided), cards, board games. Cabin has electricity with BBQ, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding provided. Just bring your food, special beverages, and relax. Pets stay free.
