Our stay was fantastic at Aki’s airbnb house. The house was clean , tidy and with lot’s of space for larger groups. The kids loved the games provided such as board games and cinema room. The large outdoor spa was outstanding for everyone especially the kids. Aki, the host, was very responsive with prompt responses and confirmation regarding the check-in, check-out and other house rules. I would highly recommend this house to all! Thanks :)

We were all impressed when arrived at the house, everything was beyond our expectations. A brand new house with well selected and designed furniture. Great host and always responsive. Perfect stay for a large group. The view was amazing with the pool overlooking the valley. Great location, only 2 hours from Sydney. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay. The location is perfect, just a short drive to everything is Newcastle and Kotara shopping centre is only 8mins away. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. There pool was lovely, perfect for the very warm days we had. We took our 1 year old for her 1st birthday and the place was very kid friendly. Daz is really lovely, lots of great recommendations and excellent communication.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Susan’s place! Her house was incredibly cozy and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Susan was also very accommodating and responsive to all our needs, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended! DJDVE

Tranquility at its best! A hidden gem ssshhh! Quiet luxury stay, perfect retreat for a peaceful private relaxing break away! Romantic/group/family getaway destination to escape the hustle n bustle of life, close to wineries. Dog friendly too!!! We arrived to a lovely surprise welcome gift,chips and yummy chocolates ! Our family and two dogs loved our stay. Hosts were so personable! The dogs explored spacious gardens and took in the beautiful bush setting. ducks, geese,native birds. We slept on clouds, beds were dreamy and on cooler nights snuggled on the comfy leather lounge with a throw blanket by the fire just bliss ! The entertaining area had a crystal clear pool, well maintained spacious spa, fire pit, clean bbq and lovely sun lounge. We lost track of time soaking up sunrays. A great place to stay, exactly what you expect

A wonderful stay in a great big house with plenty of space and things to do. The host was very amenable and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Rooms were comfortable and the big loft space with lots of beds would suit a group with lots of older children, to have a big sleepover of sorts. Well fenced and set up for dogs too, with plenty of parks and dog friendly beaches nearby. Kitchen and cooking facilities had everything you need to actually cook, even for the larger groups that could fit in such a big house.

One of the best views I have ever seen. House is great for a holiday get away. Well stocked with plates and bowls etc. the house has lovely amenities and close to water which is awesome for fishing and supping. Would definitely go back! Lovely trail runs in area too! It’s a lovely home!

My partner and I spent Christmas at Lydia’s Peace villa. The stay was excellent. Super comfy bed, swimming pool during the and hot tub in the evening were the perfect combination for a relaxing getaway. We will be back.

This place is amazing! Even better than the pictures. The location is perfect, just off the main road and so close to winery’s as well as convenient petrol station etc. The farm itself was stunning. The place was so well kept, with the hot tub and small lake making the sunset views over the Hunter valley even more amazing. Waking up to 10s of kangaroos just outside the bedroom window was surreal. Check in was super easy and communication was 10/10 throughout. Could not recommend this place enough!

Very very tranquil property despite being just 10 minutes from key wineries and attractions within the Hunter. The quiet starlight nights make it even more special. Sonia is a fantastic host and the property has loads of mini extra's from, wine , chocolates. milk in the fridge and high end bathroom products. Each villa is secluded to give ultimate privacy ensuring you get a very peaceful and relaxed stay. is more like a 12/10!

Our third time staying at Brokenback & we will definitely be back. The villa is lovely and very well appointed, great location close by to all of Hunter Valley’s attractions. The veranda with a comfortable lounge is a highlight, watching the stars at night from there is magical.

Our stay at this lakefront cabin was amazing! The peaceful setting and beautiful views made it the perfect spot to unwind. We especially loved having direct access to the lake—it was such a treat to go kayaking in the calm morning water and spend afternoons fishing. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything easy. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with great outdoor activities and stunning lake views, this place is a gem. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Only thing i would think might be an upgrade for this cabin would be if they can upgrade the insuite door. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay .

Great cabin located inside the Eaglereach Wilderness retreat. This particular cabin was nice and private, tucked away from the other houses. It had everything we needed for a comfy stay, and enough games to keep our kids entertained on a VERY rainy day! The facilities in the complex are great too: pool, outdoor gym, playground, small dam (for paddling), tennis court and rec room with pool table and ping pong table. A great holiday spot, all within east reach of Sunday. Sensational views too!

We had such an amazing escape here! We drove up and just said "WOW!". The views and jacuzzi take the cabin to the next level. The local wildlife make for such an adventure with the kids, and there is lots to do, despite being so remote. The kids loved playing pool and table tennis at the resort end. Susanne and Dave had everything in the house that we needed and provided the comforts and added extras that just made it all the more thoughtful. Come here prepared to cook all meals or drive into town and grab a meal, even the drive is nice. We loved clocking off from the world and just enjoying our time away from all the busy. Thanks so much for making our stay so memorable :)

We had a wonderful stay at Sugarloaf. The cabin is very well maintained, decorated and came with all the special touches you’d want for a perfect stay. The spa, kangaroo food & provisions including muesli and jams were especially appreciated. The landscaping is also immaculate whilst also being very well integrated into the nature. You can tell the owners really care about this place, especially when you see some other cabins on the same street that are far less well maintained. The only thing that could be improved is to note in the listing that the tap water comes from a tank so has to be filtered before you can drink it. Tim did provide a jug filter but as we had a baby and toddler with us we had to bring a lot of bottled water for drinking / sterilising. He did let me know a couple of days beforehand which was good. Other friends of ours had the same situation in nearby cabins but weren’t told and that left them in a pickle as the shops are a long way away. We’d love to stay again!

Lovely peaceful haven, tucked away at the end of the road around a pretty dam. Cottages are well spaced, well equipped and the grounds lovely to stroll through with our dogs. We loved doing a BBQ breakfast on the terrace and dinner in the restaurant was very good also. We would return to stay here again. Wifi reception is not great, but the peace and quiet is the trade off.

Antonina was a lovely host, who responded straight away to any questions we had. The home was just as described very beautiful with lovely surroundings. We felt so relaxed in this beautiful private surroundings. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully be coming back in Easter.

I would highly recommend kylies artists cottage! absolutely beautiful, her sculptures and artworks were even more beautiful and incredible than I could've imagined. Great location, walking distance to town. Very comfy bed, great sleep! Definitely will be returning to this beautiful accommodation!

Thank you Eloise and Troy for having us and our two dogs over the Christmas break. Lovely property with everything we needed, a spacious yard for the pups, and Eloise was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking to get out of the city and be amongst nature for a few days :)
