Το σπίτι: πολύ όμορφο, προσεγμένο με τις λεπτομέρειες να κάνουν τη διαφορά και η καθαριότητα άψογη. Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και με όλες τις απαραιτητες παροχές ( όπως ντουζ και ξαπλωστρες). Διατίθεται χώρος για ψήσιμο (αγορασαμε μόνο τα κρέατα διότι το brbq ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμενο με σχαρες , καρβουνα , προσαναματα κτλπ καθως υήρχε και μεγαλο τραπέζι για φαγητό στον κηπο). Η τοποθεσία: πολύ κοντά στην παραλία με ιδιωτικό χώρο για parking ( σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για φαγητό, beach bar, καθώς και σούπερ μάρκετ ) Η φιλοξενία: δεν εχούμε λόγια... Ο Δημήτρης μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να είμαστε φιλοξενουμενοι σε σπίτι φίλου! Ευχαριστούμε και ελπίζουμε να ξανά έρθουμε σύντομα!!

Appartement situé au dessus du logement des hôtes. Hôtes très sympathiques. Emplacement très calme. Facilité de stationnement. Proche de la ville thermale 3kms.

Очень приветливая, внимательная и предупредительная хозяйка Domniki. Кроме тёплого приёма в знак приветствиея она оставила в холодильнике охляждённые напитки и сладости. Очень трогательная забота! Апартаменты в идеальной чистоте и порядке, вместительные, светлые. Все аппараты в рабочем состоянии (кондиционер, плита, холодильник и др.), санузел, душ вместительные и имеют все необходимые принадлежности. Бельё свежее и чистое. Кухня просторная, светлая, с новой посудой, с хорошими электроприборами. На балконе свободно помещаются три-четыре человека. Паркинг мы всегда находили легко, прямо под домом. До центра города можно добраться пешком за 5 минут. Впечатления от нашего пребывания в гостях у Domniki самые наилучшие. Если доведётся вновь посетить Эдипсо, постараемся остановиться именно здесь. We loved this place. Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. Bikes that we could borrow to easily get around. Walking distance to the village with lots of good restaurants, and a lot of beaches nearby to explore. You also could take a swim just down the hill from the house. Christos and his son were so nice and let us check in earlier. Definitely would stay here again.

Eva è un Host splendido ci ha aiutati sempre, soprattutto in momenti di difficoltà, quando il nostro volo poteva subire in ritardo ed abbiamo ritardato il check-out. Disponibilissima e sorridente. La casa è vicina alla spiaggia e si trova su di un supermarket molto fornito ed un posto auto comodissimo. Casa pulitissima e ampia, ci abbiamo alloggiato io, mia moglie e mio figlio. Siamo stati benissimo. E' una casa accogliente e ben disposta e con un wi-fi molto veloce. Presenta un ingresso dove sono presenti cucina, soggiorno, poltrona, un lettino più un TV molto grande collegato ad wi-fi. E' presente una caffettiera per caffè americano + una nespresso. Un piccolo corridoio collega il soggiorno con la camera da letto dove è presente un letto matrimoniale. Nel corridoio è presente il bagno. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Host splendido, grazie di tutto Eva! Un Abbraccio.

Close to the center. Spacious room. clean and spotless with all the amenities. Mrs Joanna is very sweet and kind. She helped us with some local recommendations for breakfast and lunch. An amazing deal!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και είχε απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα... Ο κύριος Νίκος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε... Μας είχε και δώρο διαφορά σνακ και μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε άνετα... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!

big and cozy apartment beautiful and charming village

I had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The hospitality was exceptional. Everything was well-prepared, and the host was attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Arachova and would gladly stay again!

We had a simply fantastic time staying at Kostas and Sofia's Calypso Villa. The setting is jaw dropping... every morning I would walk out of the master bedroom and be confronted with the most stunning view, through the wide giant windows of the living room, of the sea and mountains of the mainland behind. The villa is simple but super comfortable. The main living room/kitchen combined with the deck feels huge and with the constant companion of that amazing view. The pool - very cold! - great between sunbathing stints. And our three children - one teen and two tweens - loved the table tennis. We had not been to Evia before and really loved the 'off the beaten track' feel of it, so close to Athens and yet feeling very traditional and rural. Dafni itself has one taverna, above the beach, and there's another in Neotrivia (4-5 minute drive) where we also bought bread each morning from the tiny back street bakery. Sofia and Kostas are super helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Others already talked about functionality and practicality. I will talk about the impression. The moment you enter the spacious yard, you are in some movie scene. Old olive trees all around the path leading to the house, smell of conifers, fresh air and stunning, amazing view, wherever you look. The house itself is a testimony of a brave man who built a home for his family. Every single detail speaks about love, honor, pride and enjoyment of life. It is calm and peaceful there. Energizing and relaxing at the same time. Everything is fragrant and airy. Dimitra is a caring, unobtrusive host and we are immensely grateful to her for everything

το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό,με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κάποιος για να μείνει μέρες και να νιώσει σαν το σπίτι του.Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη και ήταν ακριβώς ότι είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες!!!ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!!

Superbe petit balcon avec vue sur mer dans un petit coin tranquille. L’hôte nous avait conseillé les bons restaurant à côté. Plage accessible par un petit chemin à 5’ et au retour douche en plein air en bas de la maison. So cool !

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος με ωραία θέα στη θαλασσα. Ο κος Νίκος είναι πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικος. Καθαρό και άνετο διαμέρισμα.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de l’environnement, du calme de l’endroit. Les plages sont super pour en profiter et pour observer les poissons. Très très calme et plages presque pour nous seuls à cette saison. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à Elinika et recommandons cet endroit pour passer des vacances au calme dans une île vraiment préservée qui a beaucoup de charme et de potentiel.

Η διαμονή μας στην Ελένη ήταν εξαιρετική!!! Μας καλωσόρισε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο και ήταν εξυπηρετική καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της επικοινωνίας μας!!! Το σπίτι συνδυάζει τη θέα στο βουνό και στη θάλασσα. Ωραίο σημείο εύκολα προσβάσιμο . Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ 🙂

Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία. Το μέρος προσφέρεται για απολυτη χαλάρωση και ηρεμία. Η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική.

Πολύ όμορφη περιοχή με ησυχία, σίγουρο πάρκινγκ, καθαρή θάλασσα και μια πολύ ωραία ταβέρνα ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι.

Very nice apartment in a nice setting just by the sea. Quiet location just outside Kamena Vourla. Rita the host was extremely helpful with all our queries and very quick to respond and resolve a couple of issues we had at check in. Would definitely recommend.
