1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

We had a wonderful stay at Rainer's place! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Rainer was incredibly responsive to our messages. We especially appreciated the cozy living area and neat rooms. The locations is super cold, our bagets loved the weather even if at times it rained. The next time we will visit we will be bringing our furr babies as the place is sooo spacious esp the yard. Highly recommend this listing for anyone visiting Indang Cavite, Tagaytay.

The place was absolutely amazing! Super clean, spacious, and very relaxing—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The caretaker was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the stay even better. There were so many activities to enjoy, so there was never a dull moment. It’s definitely a family-friendly spot and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing staycation. The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. She wants me to let you know that you have a wonderful farm house and garden. She’s eager for us to go back again. We would love to come back soon. Thank you ma’am Rona ☺️

Oliver's place is a must place to book.The first thing I texted him with was "your place is beautiful".His place is clean, there were ants but not a big deal.The layout & design of his place gives you that at home vibe.Not the typical private resort that I've seen in the Philippines before.His place is one of those places that you want to come back again.The place is not big but not small either just enough for 15 guest.The area is quiet though you can hear the karaoke in neighbor resort but once you're in the bedroom,you wont hear noises anymore plus theres only certain time at night that you're allowed to make loud noises.The pool was clean and warm.Yes the beds are not as comfy as hotels but the room was clean and I did sleep well anyways.Overall, our stay was comfortable & indeed relaxing. Best decision that we book Oliver's place & definetly recommend it.I saved this in my favorites already & will for sure book again in our next visit in the Philippines.Thanks Oliver!

Great place for family gathering!

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

My family and I had a fantastic time staying at this villa! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the surroundings were beautiful. It was the perfect getaway for us, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Even the staff are very responsive. Highly recommend! 💯

Amazing place to spend quality time with your loved ones and furbabies. Everything that you need for your furbabies are available in the resort, they even have obstacle courses for dogs! It really is a pet haven! Lots of things to do - swimming, karaoke, board games and Netflix. I would highly recommend this place to my friends who would like to have staycation with their furbabies.

Jody was very responsive to our inquiries which helped us prepare for our trip. She recommended a caterer which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious enough for our family. We especially liked the hot spring pool which was very relaxing and was covered allowing us to use it longer than usual. Caretakers were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the presence of flies at night which we think was common in the area. Good thing there was space indoors (family room) which we were able to use. This is one of the best resorts in Lakewood offering a majestic view of the Mount Makiling.

We had a wonderful time at Tirta Spring Villas! The place was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked—more than we expected! There were plenty of fun activities to enjoy, from board games and karaoke to mahjong, which was definitely a plus. It turned out to be the perfect spot for our mini family reunion. Big thanks to Ms. Kate for being so accommodating and making our stay extra special. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a great stay at Marlie’s. The place is good and spacious which is perfect for a big family! The owner is very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I will make sure to recommend this place to my friends.

The house is big and cozy — perfect for a group getaway. However, the place could use better maintenance. Some of the lights near the pool weren't working, so it was a bit dark at night. Water supply was also a bit unstable at times. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes, but they did provide katol and Off lotion which helped. On the bright side, the caretakers were very accommodating and kind. They even cleaned up some of the mess we made from the night before right away (sorry po). With a few improvements, this place could be even better.

Diana is a great host. She is very accommodating and replies fast. I had a fantastic stay at R Villas! The place is incredibly relaxing and clean, Kuya Carly who went out of his way to buy the things we need. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the best spots in Tagaytay. The weather was also perfect! One of the highlights was the bonfire, and the free smores were such a sweet touch! The property itself is gorgeous, with a large gazebo that was perfect for spending quality time with friends! We had a blast singing our hearts out with the karaoke and also enjoyed the basketball facilities and videoke. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’ll definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Overall stay is superb. Modern design, peaceful ang place and kumpleto sa gamit. Mabait and helpful ang caretakers. Pool is heated din for 3 hours but we decided to use it during the night. Madami CR and shower area but mejo may kahinaan lang ung pressure ng tubig sa 2nd floor especially ung bidet but mejo ok naman sa CR sa ground. The Karaoke sound quality is mejo sabog pero baka di lang namin alam iadjust or itimpla ung amplifier pero nagamit naman namin. For the Bedrooms, Malamig ang aircon but the pillows lang is manipis na mejo hindi na comfortable lalo kung tig iisa lang per person. And pinakamaganda dito is pet friendly din sila. Thumbs up din kay Ms. Gesika for the quick response to our queries even late at night. This place is highly recommended for family gatherings or small group events. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. My nephews had a lot of fun using their inside pool. We also recommend this place to our relatives in case they visit Tagaytay. Ms. Dan is a great host and very responsive therefore it’s an easy 5 star from me. Thank you again Ms. Dan!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb for our family gathering on December 25th. The place itself is fantastic for groups, and we especially appreciated that the towels were provided after a slight miscommunication. The caretaker was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The place is huge and looks exactly like the photos. It’s quiet, private and a perfect place to relax and be away from the city. We enjoyed our stay at Hardin De Rosa.

One of the best resorts we’ve rented! No curfew for music so we really enjoyed and had fun without worrying about being loud. The place gave us full privacy, the caretaker was respectful and never bothered us. We brought our 2 huskies and they were totally okay with it!! ☺️ no hesitation at all. No extra charges or hidden fees, just pure good vibes. Warm water, clean place, and super relaxing overall. The host is super kind and accommodating. Definitely going back! 🥳
