Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. It is designed like a hotel room, with no cooking facilities but with the addition of a hot tub 😇 Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive Durdle Door - 30 min drive Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets - sorry!
