Our party of 11 (4 adults, 7 kids) spent a terrific weekend at Ermin's two houses. Each family had a house to itself but we basically only slept there and hung out in the evenings because the kids refused to get out of the pool during the day. We loved the covered area next the pool because it had a very nice grill, a sink with some dishes, and a fridge! It was great to have a shared fridge in the common area so everyone could just grab whatever they needed. The whole yard was fenced in so we didn't have to worry that any of the kids would leave the yard. The kids also enjoyed playing at the playground and picking apples and pears! Overall, this place is perfect for two families or one extra-large family. We hope to be back.

Perfektes Haus für Gruppen oder Familien. Man ist mitten in der Natur und hat keine Nachbarn. Von dem Pool hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Große Supermärkte sind etwa 40 Minuten entfernt, kleinere gibt es in der Nähe. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermietung.

Suzanna and her husband are super kind and welcoming, the villa is beautiful with the fireplace and the jacuzzi as an absolute highlight. The area is amazing especially since we stayed here during the winter with lots of snow around us.

A beautiful house with an even more beautiful garden to relax in and just take a break. Lots of amenities and activities around the garden to do (such as table soccer, darts, a net to play volleyball, small football goals), so an ideal place for a group of friends or a family to stay and enjoy the piece and quiet while being able to do lots of activities around the house. The seaside is quite far away but there is a beautiful beach about 40 minutes away.

Josips place was very spacious for two and right at the heart of Plitvice. He was able to accommodate our late check in and helped us when we had any questions. I highly recommend staying here when visiting the park. It’s peaceful and is surrounded by beautiful greenery!
