KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. This two bedroom one bath cottage has 4 acres of fully fenced land that is yours exclusively. Stroll the grounds and look for deer, rabbit or in the evening lighting bugs. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Pharmhouse

This farm house is located off the beaten path. It is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths(both down stairs). You will enjoy the butterflies, peacocks that roam the neighborhood, deer and lots of birds. We are down a dirt road but 7 miles to a Walmart and restaurants. We are located very near the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park where they have small to large music festivals. There are areas, in the back yard, that say private property. Please stay away from these areas.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Live Oak is a family-friendly community with playgrounds, walking paths & even a disc golf course. Our home has a full kitchen, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
