The location was perfect! it was so nice to be able to walk to town and have all the hiking easily accessible as well. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and the hot tub was a perfect way to rejuvenate after the morning hike so that we could go out again for the afternoon. We would absolutely stay here again with our next visit to Sedona. Taylor and Trisha were super responsive to our questions and made our stay smooth.

Right in the center of the Upper End of Sedona, the location is great, it's quiet, and a comfortable space. The hot tub right out the bathroom door was great, and watching the stars was a treat.

Great place to stay!! The only downside was that the pool is listed as heated when over 50 at night. But the sign at the pool says that this is NOT a heated pool. We did enjoy the hot tub both at the pool and the house though. Plenty of extra pillows and towels if needed. Soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Kitchen spices and oil were supplied. Great location, central to everything. Very quiet at night. The host is very responsive and it was overall a fantastic place to stay!!

We could not be happier with our stay. There was so much attention to detail, and it was clear that Kim had anticipated the needs of families on vacation. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had fantastic amenities. We really appreciated the guidebook and helpful tips posted all over the house. We would happily return!

this house was absolutely perfect for us. We were able to comfortably stay with our dogs and enjoy the house and the backyard when all the Flagstaff snow arrived! we already have our second trip booked here! Jaana was super communicative and a wonderful host to work with!

Staying here was an absolute delight. The views were breathtaking, and the location was perfect — close to many restaurants and attractions, all within a short drive. The host clearly put thoughtful detail into creating a comfortable and welcoming space. The sitting patio and cozy bed were especially wonderful, offering a perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, with families often seen walking nearby. Overall, this home is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and a fantastic choice for anyone’s lodging needs.

This was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We were treated like family, and would recommend this beautiful home to all! The communications were perfect and friendly with recommendations for everything. It was awesome to actually meet PJ one of our hosts, which we could have spoken with all day. We will for sure meet Sandy on our next trip has she was a doll to deal with, making sure everything was perfect, before, during and after our stay. The description of this home was awesome but a true understatement… BEAUTIFUL!!! Future visitors will not be disappointed… Best hospitality we have ever had….

This was a great place to stay in Sedona and had all of the basic amenities you could need. It’s about a 10-15 minute easy walk to the old town Sedona area and you have multiple views of the Red Rocks. The space was clean, the bathrooms were modern and spacious and the kitchen was really nice. The only little thing we noted was there is not a built in stove/range for cooking but they provided a portable electric one to use. Overall it was a great stay and the hosts were super responsive. This is a guest house behind a normal sized house and while it felt very private, I felt it was worth mentioning you do share the lot with another building (separated by a fence almost the entire way). Would definitely stay here again!
