Place was good, all was well, close to anything you’d need. The only issue was that I was sent checkout instructions at 11:15 when checkout was at 11:00.

Alicia was amazing to work with and extremely responsive! Weather caused changes to my travel plans which created plenty of other stress and she was fantastic to work with to sort out! Very clear and detailed instructions. No questions throughout my stay. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Primary reason for booking was the proximity to Yale campus. It was perfect, 3 blocks away. Quiet building with helpful residents when asked questions. It is an older building. The unit has some great updates in the kitchen and bath that fit the space and make it more functional and inviting. Will definitely stay again!

This is our second stay at this location. The place is clean and comfortable, and in a great East Rock location. Look forward to another stay.

Shelley’s place is absolutely perfect! The apartment was exceptionally clean, with a nice layout, a large kitchen, and comfortable mattresses and furniture. The place is an excellent bargain and far more comfortable than your average AirBnB these days. Shelley is also delightful and very responsive. Cannot recommend it enough!

This was the perfect location as I needed to arrive at work extra early for a project. Ronnie’s place was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated detailed instructions, especially since I’m a visual person. The video instructions were extra helpful. Definitely would book here again.

Julie was a great host to a great apartment. The location is excellent—a 15-minute walk from Union Station, and a 3-minute walk to State Street Station. Check-in/check-out were a breeze. The kitchen equipment and plates/utensils are complete. And the housemates for your stay are great. Likely to book this AirBNB again the next time I'm in New Haven.

The next time I plan to visit Connecticut, I will definitely consider staying here again. The location was fantastic, offering beautiful views of downtown Hartford. It was a peaceful area with friendly neighbors, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The only downside I encountered was that when I first walked into the apartment, it had a musty smell in the hallway due to a lack of air fresheners, and the TV remote wasn't working. However, after I reached out to the staff about the issues, I received new batteries and a wall plug from his assistant in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the remote still didn’t work, so I ended up using the Roku remote on my phone. Coming from a real estate background, I’d say the place is a bit overpriced, mainly due to the building’s condition; it feels somewhat rundown. Still, I’d rate it a solid 8.8 out of 10 overall. Rudy’s place was just as described and Rudy checked in on us to make sure everything was as we needed (temperature of the house). He was very kind. The house was extremely clean and well-maintained. Perfect for our overnight stay.

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

Jessi's place was exactly as described. It was cute and cozy and perfect for what we needed. Jessi responded to any questions quickly and was very clear in any and all instructions. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house was very easy to find. We will definitely be staying again!

My boyfriend and our friends escaped the city and took a 2 hr train ride to Hudson. The house was only about a 15min Uber from the the train. We literally had everything we needed and some. We adored the house, felt right at home. We grilled a bit, thankfully the weather was perfect for a nice fire pit chat. The house itself was cozy and inviting, giving us the best sleep. The house nestled away in nature yet just a short drive from a charming town filled with restaurants and shops. Count us in to book again!

My friend and I had a lovely two-night stay at Julie's place. The house is the perfect retreat—peaceful, cozy, and beautifully located. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the wood-burning stove and long, leisurely breakfasts on the porch while listening to the river. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality pillows and bedding—we both slept so well! I would definitely love to come back someday with my husband to enjoy the peace and quiet, as well as everything else the Berkshires has to offer. This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return!
