Very nice house, big shower, there is a washing mashine and planty towels in the cupboards. Additional blankets were very handy as it was still a bit chilly in the evenings and we used them, sitting outside. There is a woodburner in the house, so one night we even used it. I guess it's very nice for those guests who visit Paraskevas in winter. In overal, lovely place, a bit remote but very nice.

It felt like home away from home. Very well equipped. Very clean. Reka was lovely.

We had a very peaceful and quiet winter weekend! It was very cozy and Pavlos had instructions about everything from the check-in to how to use the amenities inside, which was really helpful! He was very responsive as well. Loved the place and it was pretty much accurate with the photos! Lovely experience.

Our family and 2 dogs had a wonderful stay at Aliki's home. From the start our host was accessible and communicative allowing a flexible check in. The instructions on how to find were clear, parking was a short way from the property due to the narrow streets. The property itself was very cosy with modern bathroom and two bedrooms, it was very clean and cosy. 2 of the heaters were not working but we were advised of this, they were not needed as the AC and other heaters did the job, this was over the New Year period so can recommend a warm stay whatever the season. Access to Troodos & Platres was easy. We arrived to a pot of Jam which was thoughtful. Our dogs liked the small courtyard, the little one could fit under the gate but this was swiftly resolved by moving a plant pot. If we could offer any thoughts for improvement it would be a lamp as the main lighting is bright! Overall we recommend this house- great value! Thank you we hope to return.

Maria's villa is really nice and fun. We were 10 friends. The place is very spacious, especially outdoors. There are a lot of amenities and things are well thought of. Maria left us some welcome drinks and snacks which was really nice after a flight. The pool is big and fun, and indoors is also set quite nicely for hanging out. Only 2 showers can be a bit tricky with 10+ people, especially when there's a pool around, but both work well. The location was a but difficult to find, as different apps refer the villa in different locations on the same street, but in the end the street is small and manageable. Maria is very nice and easy to communicate, in case you need help or tips. The location is amazing if you have a car or don't mind taxis. Everything is no more than 5-10 minutes drive. There's not much in walking distance though. Overall I highly recommend this villa.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 nights in September. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and clean. The pool was never busy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay - the kitchen is well equipped, there's plenty of towels and bedding and the AC works great. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening, it has a nice view. We especially found a lot of joy in the very sweet cats who are roaming around who were always thankful for a treat ☺️🐈

Bugüne kadar kaldığımız tartışmasız en güzel odaydı..eğer mükemmel bir odada kafa dinleyip rahatlamak istiyorsanız bu suite tam siz göre. Herşeyi ile en iyisi düşünülmüş, beklentimizin çok ötesinde ultra lüks bir odaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir. ❤️

Très bel endroit situé dans un grand jardin arboré avec beau patio et piscine. Parking juste en face. Vasilia est pleine de petites attentions pour ses hôtes (livret d’accueil avec restaurants à proximité, bouteilles d’eau au frais à l’arrivée). Très bon séjour au calme.

The suite is more a large hotel room than an apartment but it is extremely confortable and cosy. The balcony is very pleasant to take the breakfast in, the equipment is new, the beds perfect and the cleanliness impeccable. It is definitely a place worth to stay in Platres!

We spent a night at this place before our wedding, it was amazing. Beautiful place, and the host is lovely 🙏

I came up with two friends for night as we wanted to be in nature but still have a little house to sleep in. It really was a lovely night. The host was so lovely, the different areas gave us the opportunity to do different things in a contained and safe place; bonfire, hammocks, walks. Would definitely come back ❤️

Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, και είχε μέσα ότι χρειαζόμασταν.. πολύ όμορφος κήπος, περιποιημένος, απολαύσαμε την ησυχία που πρόσφερε η τοποθεσία! Το σπιτι ήταν ζεστό, με συνεχή παροχή ζεστού νερού!!! Ο κύριος Ανδρέας ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
