First I would like to say thanks so much to William and Terri. What a beautiful home you have. My family and a great stay at your house I would have to say the pool was the big hit. The boys absolutely loved it. The area was beautiful the shopping in downtown Venice has tons of shops to go and check out. Manasota Key Beach was fun as well shark tooth exploring and shell hunting was great it's kind of a must do if your there. Can't say enough had a great stay beds were comfy. Thanks again William and Terri.

We are a couple traveling to see new interesting places. Spend most of the day exploring the area, just need a quiet place to rest, sleep and cook dinner. This place was good for our purposes: quiet, private and close to many attractions of Sarasota.

My sister and I had a lovely stay at El Tropicale. We were attending a yoga retreat in Lakewood Ranch so the location was perfect. Very spacious and the pool is great! All communication was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Sonia & Daniel's house exceeded all our needs for our son's stay visiting his grandparents in Venice. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything he needed was there, and he enjoyed a quiet place to relax. The screened in lanai was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and our son was happy to be able to do a morning run down through Shamrock Park, which is on the water. Sonia and Daniel were very responsive to our messages. We would definitely consider renting this house again!

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

Nice property with lots of space. Very clean and nice decor. Property was in a nice quiet neighborhood and was exactly as described. Liam made the check in process smooth. Will gladly stay again.

we came to Relax at the Beach and Christopher's place had everything we needed to do that. From coffee to Beach towels, He thought of everything.! We enjoyed our trip.

Joe's place feels like a real home - many AirBnBs can feel like a hotel with a little more space - Joe's house was not that! Complete with a ton of my personal favorite books, tons of kitchen utensils/supplies, a desk, and more. The huge fenced in backyard was perfect for grilling and our dogs. The location is right off of a main road that takes you to shopping/amenities within minutes. If you're looking for a great place to feel comfortable while visiting Sarasota, we'd recommend Joe's property to anyone!

What a beautiful home and neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs. The pool was a huge plus and we swam every day.

This home is perfectly located for all beach and ocean activity. It was extremely convenient to our activities. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and yet an easy walk to many activities, restaurants, shopping. The interior of the home has been freshly done and was easy to use. The pool was especially perfect for our family’s use. It was a delightful home in all regards.

Spent a few nights with my husband and kids and was not disappointed. The house was just what we needed for a weekend of fun! The pool was the main highlight but the house provided lots of beach amenities that made our stay even better. Birute's place was not far from town and was located in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a peaceful place to spend time with the people you love and enjoy what Siesta Key has to offer!

Lovely home with a large fenced backyard and a warm pool. Conveniently located near Robinson Preserve and Anna Maria Island. Michelle was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Really great accommodation! Stayed with a group of friends. Loved the pool and outdoor space! Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the pool. Game room and laundry was a bonus! Beach is close but lots of traffic getting on/off Anna Maria Island. Beautiful beaches, recommend Coquina!

This was by far my best Airbnb stay yet. Lynn’s home is very beautiful, clean, family friendly. There was an issue with the television remote and she had it taken care of within the hour. I highly recommend staying with her. The pool and spa are so relaxing and good for the kids. We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to book with Lynn again.

Mario's place was a great set up for our family. It's a little smaller than what we thought it was going to be but the island is so beautiful that we didn't really spend a lot of time inside anyways. We had a blast on our trip for a week. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the neighbor directly behind their place didn't like any noise at all. In the instructions it states that the "quiet" time is from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. There were two nights that we were being "loud" at 7:30ish PM outside in the pool having fun with our kids and she used choice words after banging on the fence to get us to quiet down. A few nights later around the same time she threatened to call the cops. We were enjoying our vacation, we weren't being rude at all, I think she is what I would consider the "Sherrif of No Fun" but other than those two nights we would highly recommend Mario and his place. It was a great location and we were able to enjoy your stay.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Escape to Paradise from December through March! The support they provided for me while I enjoyed my winter in their beautiful home was wonderful. The area is quiet and is very close to shopping and most importantly the ocean! During my stay, my children came to visit me and they enjoyed the comfort of this beautiful four bedroom home with a spacious living room and dining room that will seat10 people. If you are coming with little ones, they even have a Porta crib and a high chair. My family really enjoyed being able to take the wagon and folding beach chairs to the ocean. The amenities that they supply are amazing! Little things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, creamer and sugar! They responded to any questions I had with in minutes! They made my stay very comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this lovely home!

The Cottage on Pine is adorable! Such a quiet retreat nestled among great local shops and restaurants. The cottage was peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located - walkable to everything we wanted to do. While we could walk to everything, we still enjoyed renting bikes and a golf cart to haul our beach equipment and tour the entire island. Thanks Once Upon a Beach for a great stay on AMI!

This is a great place to stay in Sarasota. It is in the middle of everything but in a peaceful neighborhood. The beds are comfy and there are plenty of towels. It’s a very cute space and it had everything we needed, even a nespresso!!!! Gigi was very responsive and left a huge binder of things to do, restaurants and even a little history. We loved our stay.

Any question I had Tom responded within minutes. The house was very clean and clutter free which is what I look for. Additionally, I liked having good plastic hanger (not a bunch of crappy wire ones lol) & a hamper for dirty clothes (a simple item to have so you don’t have dirty clothes all over the floor.) We brought our 2 Labrador retrievers so having the fenced in yard was great! Plus, the neighborhood was perfect for taking them on nice long walks each day. The location is an easy drive to the Venice dog beach which they love! The main recommendation I made to Tom was to get new bath towels as they are ready to be replaced. I visit every year for the holidays because I have family that lives 7 minutes away from the house which was very convenient. I would definitely stay at his property again.

This home was perfect for our stay. The house was very neat, clean and in a peaceful neighborhood. Location was a short drive to great beaches. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool. House was equipped with everything we needed for our beach trip. Had a few questions and the response time was quick. This home helped us have a great memorable trip for our family.
