Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

Our family of four drove down from Connecticut and this place was so beautiful and relaxing after a 22 hour drive. It was exquisitely decorated and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host called us as soon as we arrived to make sure we were satisfied with the place and to give us some great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It is perfectly situated just minutes from the beach, walking distance to several restaurants, drugstores, a Publix, and the pool was just steps from the door. I highly recommend for any family looking for a beach getaway to make amazing memories.

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at hundred of Airbnb's and VRBO's. Monica's place is head and ahoulders above . . I also was at Monica's place for approximately one month so I was able to get a better assessment of the property , the area and it amenities as opposed to someone who just stays a weekend .Monica's place exceeded expectations on all points. Her home was spotlessly clean., including kitchen, bathrooms and floors. Bed was super comfortable as was the bedding, and there was extra bedding and many fluffy towels, not to mention other thoughtful touches that she'd provided . There was starter coffee, water and other things just to get your first morning going . Having the front door lock with a combination instead of having to switch for a key was great as well ! The balcony right outside her living room was the place to be for morning coffee or for an afternoon glass of wine watching the sunset . All in all it was a perfect day and I plan to be back soon. !!

Zoya’s place at the Sea Shell was great! We arrived a little early and she helped us check in a little early. Our vehicles didn’t fit in the designated parking spot so she helped us navigate those waters and helped with parking passes. Overall, it was a very clean, convenient location with direct access to the beach. I would happily stay again. Thanks Zoya and Alex!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo on Anna Maria Island! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was in the perfect location—close to the beach, shops, and all the island has to offer. We especially loved spending time by the pool. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic place. We have stayed at a ton of places, this was the best, most intuitive and well appointed pad. Great kitchen with all the basics and more. Great views and super quiet. My only reservation is providing such a stellar review will mean this place is unavailable when I need to next visit Sarasota. Mean it!

This was a perfect place to vacation and rest. The beach felt so private and accommodating as far as beach chairs and umbrellas go. The sand was combed daily and was like crushed velvet under our feet. We saw dolphins every single day! The condo is in the perfect location to watch the sun set every day. The views were out of this world... We did not want to leave. Next year we will book for longer! Thank you!

I’m so glad we found this place to stay it’s perfect convenient. Right on beach and close to everything. Shopping food Our place was very clean. Love that it has washer and dryer very cozy love the bathroom want to stay here every year we come out

Beautifully appointed 3rd floor space. Amazing view of the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and bars. Sandy pathway from the rear of the home lands you right on the beach (the end that is less congested). The interior has a large open comfortable living space. Great linens and a comfortable king size bed. Bathroom is large and spacious as well. You won't be disappointed if you book this space for your time at the beach!

The place was great! Very comfy. The best part was the it had a pool and direct beach access. Not to mention she had a lot of great beach/pool items in the condo that we could use!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Doris was very prompt to answer any questions we had. Place was very clean and up to date. The outside of the complex appeared rundown but inside the apartment was very nice. It was about 15 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach. It had refrigerator, stove and microwave available. Publix was easy access right across from the driveway into the complex. A variety of restaurants were a short driving distance. Doris accepted a small dog which helped to make our decision to stay at her place. There was a king size bed and a pull out couch for sleeping arrangements. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Post hurricane the setting wasn’t perfect because it was under construction. Dave did a great job to communicate expectations and create clarity. He made sure we had what the listing offered! My son used the kayak all week and I loved being able to bike the island. We had a great week in a cozy setting. Very thankful for his place and our time there. Would stay again.

We loved EVERYTHING about this condo! It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect—close to everything and a quick walk to the beach. The unit was well stocked for a day at the beach or lounging by the pool. It's also a great perk that Publix is just across the street. My favorite spot was the lanai off the family room/primary bedroom. Great spot for morning coffee and evening card games. Jean was so kind and helpful and answered all our questions. Our flight arrived early, and we were able to check in and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine by the pool. We enjoyed exploring the beach & piers, strolling along Pine Ave & Bridge Street, and some great restaurants and seafood. My kids loved the trolley system, and it was so easy and convenient. My son & husband enjoyed fishing at Bridge Street Pier – that was a highlight. This was our first time visiting AMI, but it won't be our last! Thank you Jean & Mike for sharing your condo with us!

Laura's place was exactly as expected.Some beach items and necessities were extremely helpful.Location was good, an easy walk to the beach when parking down there was challenging.Bed,linens and pillows were excellent.Awesome communication as well.

If we are in the area again, we would definitely book again.

Jessica was very helpful and responsive, answered all our inquiries right away. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need including plenty of towels, and beach equipment. Convenient to restaurants, close to the beautiful beach.

Victoria's place is beautifully updated. It was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the view of the bay is beautiful and peaceful. We loved having a top end unit, which had more windows, lots of natural light and more views of the bay. We also enjoyed the screened in lanai and the pool, which is very close to the unit. You do need to walk up 4 flights of stairs which was fine for us but may be too much for some.

This place was PERFECT! Beautifully decorated to match the beach aesthetic. Literally a one minute walk to the beach! I loved that the place had plenty of towels (both bath and beach), every kitchen utensil and cooking dish you could think of. (We travelled with a teen, a 6 year old and a 10 month old for a week so we cooked a lot.) There was plenty of bedding to use (we enjoyed being able to bring the kids out to the living room and use the pull out sofa for a family movie/game night). There were board games there to use and the biggest plus was the owner was nice enough to allow us to use the accessories he had for the beach at no additional charge. (Beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats). WiFi worked great. AC worked great. Communication was seamless! Told my spouse I couldn’t wait to go back again. Russell and Cindy were incredible to work with. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful home close to everything. Privacy was the key and home had everything and more! The most important was the communication and the host nailed it! I will definitely be back!

We were there for 2 1/2 months so it felt like home. Loved the amazing view with beautiful birds, a gorgeous golf course, and canal that reflected the moonlight. The heated pool is luxurious. There are lots of things to do in the area. The condo has been partially updated but needs some more. Tim was easy to communicate with and made sure our requests were fulfilled. We loved it!

We just had a perfect five night stay and couldn't recommend this place more. The location was beautiful with a peaceful, private balcony but also close proximity to the pool. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with a three year old and were delighted to find all of the things to make a beach day safe and comfortable already there (chairs, toys, puddle jumpers, etc.). We were so comfortable and relaxed and felt right at home. The condo complex felt clean and safe and everyone we met was super nice and friendly. The pool area was clean and never crowded and we spent a ton of time swimming and relaxing in the hot tub and e joying the beautiful atmosphere and views. We hope to go back soon and absolutely would recommend Summer's place!

Just beautiful!! Great location and only steps to the beach. If you are looking to enjoy the sand and have breathtaking sunsets, look no further. We loved LBK! Heidi was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. The condo was well stocked for all your needs and it felt like home. We will definitely recommend to others.
