Although we arrived so early and couldn't check in yet, the hosts allowed us to leave our luggages first. The place is really clean and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating! They gave us directions to a good lomi house and even helped us hail a tricycle commute to our next destination. We had a great stay!

The place is super nice. Complete things in the kitchen, we didn’t have any major issues. Kuya (caretaker) is super proactive din because we have a lot of things, he already prepared the trolly upon check out.

First time to visit Pico De Loro and it was perfectly amazing kasi sulit na sa lugar mas pinasulit pa nung sa place pa ni Ma’am Jem kami nakapag stay. Sobrang bait ng mga tao, hindi lang sa caretakers kundi lahat ng mga crews and members sa Pico. We are looking forward na makabalik sa Pico together with our family na para mas masaya :) Thank you Ma’am Jem, for accommodating us and thank you sa pagtulong sa akin sa last minute errands kahit gabi na hihihi

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

The place is spacious and cozy. Highly recommended. Sir Japhet is very accommodating and responsive.

Our family had an amazing time. The unit is exactly as described - clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly and responsive, he even checked on us if we were able to settle in the unit. We’ll definitely stay here when we go back at Pico.

Nice condo among the Pico de Loro community. Comfortable with good amenities. Definitely bring groceries to prepare meals as the restaurants around the hotel are overpriced and not very appealing. José Augusto provided solid recommendations on where to get supplies, which were much appreciated.

We had a great and comfortable stay at Loiue's place. We should have booked for 2 days, instead of an overnight stay to fully enjoy the amenities and the peaceful ambiance. Nakakabitin tuloy. We will definitely be back and recommend the villa to our friends.

The stay was very relaxing and great for the family of all ages. It was also the first time I had bought my dog along for a vacation and it was perfect for her. Overall I would recommend this place to families with young children and pets who want a relaxing weekend but also with the option of doing some activities

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Sueno. Randi is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything was made clear even prior to us booking the place. We loved our stay and the family enjoyed the grill, the bonfire, and pool. There are lits of things the kids can do and be busy with as the adults chat in the garden area. The beach is not really swimmable but we loved the view and walking or sitting by the shore. The place is very comfortable and ACs keep the house and room cool on sunny mornings til sunset. the kitchen is fully equipped and you have everything you can think of including glass wines, spread board, serving dishes, a coffee maker, oven, and toasters. You will feel right at home when at Randi's place. Ate Mercy and kuya Renan were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely book this place again.

We booked 3 days before the date and the place was awesome!! They are very accommodating, they have complete utensils, linens, towels. You can always ask them a favor, like borrowing some condiments. Jacuzzi is the highlight of our stay, they make sure everyone in the area can use it. The place is also quiet even the place is fully booked. Also, I loved their dog and the mama cat with her kittens. It feels like home and we enjoyed staying here and probably come back.

The place was even more beautiful in person – a peaceful, charming escape in the countryside. Ian even It had a cozy, homely feel with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and all the dinnerware. Just a short walk to the beach, it was the perfect location. Our kids had a blast glamping in the garden, and we all enjoyed relaxing on the lovely swing. The fresh, clean sheets and linens made it feel like a true home away from home. Ian even accommodated our last minute request which we truly appreciated. Our family had such a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this place!

i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

Beth’s place is quaint, comfortable, and cozy enough for a party of 4 persons. Although, maybe someone who has a hard time walking or bending then standing up, like grandparents for example, will not be as comfortable sleeping either at the loft because of the steep stairs, or at the sofa bed in the living room because it’s too low. Other than that, it’s a great place for staycation. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook your own food. There’s a smart tv in the living room to binge watch your favorite series. There’s internet speed is great in case you brought your work with you. As mentioned, there’s a loft for a separate sleeping area. The bathroom is clean, with complimentary shower, conditioner, and hand soap which you can use if you did not bring your own. Bath towels are also provided which is a plus because these usually take up so much space in the luggage if you bring them for your trip. The hosts are very responsive too. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Ms. My is very responsive and is very helpful on overall duration of our stay. House is very homey and neat perfect for family staycations. Will surely visit again.

It was a great stay at Ms. Ariza’s place! My family really enjoyed, we’re also able to cook our food there. The unit is so clean and spacious, and also the smell is so pleasant and relaxing that we felt like we wanna stay longer.

Probably the coziest apartment with the best interior design at pico de loro. It's close to the country club and a nice walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for bringing your own supplies. Marlon is friendly and his caretaker was quick to help.

Booked this unit for my parents for my sisters wedding. The unit is located inside pico de loro resort. The unit was great and very peaceful! Renalee is very responsive and accomodating. Thank you for letting my family stay at your place!
