Leuk huis en ruim genoeg voor het aantal personen. Aan kinderen wordt ook gedacht, er is genoeg speelgoed. Rustige locatie en buurt. In de directe omgeving genoeg uitvalswegen voor een dagje uit. Communicatie met Klaas loopt goed en reageert altijd en snel. Al met al een uitstekend verblijf gehad en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Een heel prettig ontvangst, met kleine rondleiding. Alle aanpassingen die en overleg voor mij gedaan waren waren prima geregeld. Tussentyds zoals afgesproken af en toe even kort app contact en ook een spannend akkefietje werd acuut opgelost, met humor!🫢🤣. Ook genoten van het bad!! Ook de oplevering ging volt en probleemloos. Niets maar dan ook niets viel me tegen. We hebben 2 weken lang optimaal genoten!!!! Voor mij was de prikkelarm omgeving en de natuur rondom Groesbeek heel helend. Echt een aanrader voor levensgenieters!!

heerlijk huis met een geweldige tuin. we hebben super geluk gehad met zonnige en warme dagen en de peuters hebben heerlijk gespeeld op de trampoline en het gras. we komen zeker terug!

Ons verblijf bij Mia en haar familie was fantastisch. De accomodatie was mooi ingericht en had werkelijk alles wat je nodig had. De tuin is super ruim , mooi en rustig en ons zoontje vond het geweldig om naar de paarden en andere dieren te kijken. We komen zeker terug om ook eens te zwemmen in de mooie zwemvijver :)

Das Haus ist noch schöner, als es auf den Fotos scheint. Sauber, ruhig gelegen, sehr gemütlich. Es waren im Garten mehrere Sitzecken und eine Sofaecke eingerichtet. Das war total unerwartet und deshalb doppelt so schön! Man kann bis spät abends in der Sonne sitzen! Es fehlte nichts!

Wat een fijne plek in een oase van rust. Wij waren met 4 vrienden in het prachtige verblijf van Aljanneke. Een oase van rust en natuur en een prachtig huis met alle moderne voorzieningen en comfort. Aljanneke is een super host! Fijne communicatie en vol goede tips, iemand die gastvrijheid helemaal begrijpt. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!

Das Bed & Wellness war sehr gemütlich, wunderbar im Grünen gelegen und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir haben sowohl die Sauna als auch die Lagerfeuerstelle draußen genutzt und dies sehr genossen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: die Lage ist wirklich toll und man konnte die Natur und die Ruhe genießen. Zudem ist Peter sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Daher: Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub im gemütlichen Ambiente im Grünen sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gemütlich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Geert und Barbara sind tolle Gastgeber und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und hilfreiche Tipps. Barbara bietet auch Massagen an, da konnte ich nicht nein sagen

We loved staying at Jeremy and Ingrid's airbnb. Jeremy welcomed us and helped us get checked in. The house was very modern, beautiful, and clean. We love a home cooked meal and it was lots of fun cooking in the kitchen. There were a few small restaurants in the area and lots of grocery stores within a few minutes by car. We planned to take the train to explore Amsterdam and ended up using Uber because it was very affordable ($16) and quick. I'd recommend packing some house shoes to keep your feet warm but other than that we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Fijn verblijf gehad in de Bohemian Farmhouse van Arrad. De manier waarop de woning is ingericht is inspirerend. Verder is het lekker rustig en de tuin nodigt uit om in te loungen en een thee'tje drinken. Aanrader!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec nos 3 adolescents dans maison de Merel. C est une vraie de maison de vie (contrairement aux Airbnb froids et uniquement fait pour la location), très bien décorée et confortable. Tout est fait pour qu on s'y sente bien. Le jacuzzi est sympa. Amsterdam est à 25 minutes en voiture (on a utilisé les parking Parkbee). Très bon supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture, 15 minutes à pieds. Nous avons également visité Rotterdam, une bonne surprise plus contemporaine et moins touristique qu Amsterdam. Merel est proactive dans sa communication. Elle a à cœur que tout se passe bien. Nous recommandons!

It was a fantastic and peaceful place for 2 nights. Location was great and interior design was excellent. Everything is available in the accommodation. It is highly recommended.

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.
