Came to town with a group of 12 for my birthday. Perfect size for us all to sleep and hang out together comfortably. Helped us greatly with clear house rules and an early check-in. Most importantly, very little cleaning required on our end. These days, some places make you do so much, you wonder why you pay a cleaning fee at all. We, of course, left the place clean, but we didn’t have to follow pages of instructions to do so. Thank you for having us! You helped make this a special birthday for me and a memorable trip for all of us!

Nous avons passé une super belle fin de semaine entre amis. Le chalet était très beau et convivial. Nous avons trouver le chalet très bien équipé pour nos besoin et même plus! La cuisine était très bien équipé également nous n’avons manqué de rien pour cuisiner pour 8 adultes. Patrick était très rapide pour répondre à nos questions, en moins de 5 minutes nous avions une réponse. Nous n’hésiterons pas à retourner à ce chalet!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Carl. Le chalet est splendide , fonctionnel,très bien agencé, il ne manque rien , plus qu’à poser les valises et profiter. Le home cinéma au sous sol super, la vue sur le lac incroyable ! Déjà envie de revenir ! Allez y les yeux fermés ! Je recommande à 100% !

Beautiful house with stunning oasis in back yard. Awesome to have gated parking space (we never used car again as we did not want to deal with parking anywhere else!). Stunning private back yard--wish we could have sat out there and enjoyed the zen area (but it was winter and the koi were hibernating). Clean, modern, beautiful inside to house.

Extremely clean place, fully stocked with everything you need! Apartment itself felt safe, but location is in a bit of a sketchy stretch of the city. Within a 5 minute walk of downtown and 10 minutes from Old Montreal, overall a great place!

Our stay at Rim’s place was wonderful. The building has truly 5 star amenities including a hot tub and pool, along with many community spaces great for remote work. My favorite was the sky lounge on the 55th floor, with wrap around windows overlooking all of Montreal and beyond. Convenient to everywhere with the metro across the street, this is a great place to experience Montreal and all of its wonders. Montreal is truly one of the world’s greatest cities.

Great apartment. Convenient and walkable to Mont Royal and the old town. Communication was a breeze and we really appreciated the detailed directions and instructions to access the parking. Well worth it!
