A lovely top floor flat right on the High Street and close to the beach. We had a glitch checking in, but this was swiftly fixed. Great location so long as you're happy to climb stairs, and don't mind a little bit of noise on a Saturday night

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

Lovely modern clean apartment . Very handy if you want to see something at the cliffs pavilion. As just around the corner . Close to Southends main strip . Every need catered for . Only thing missing was a bistro table and chairs on the balcony . Enjoyed our stay

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

We had a lovely Easter weekend stay here, the flat is bright, clean and easy to walk to the station, beach and various pubs & restaurants. Bernadette is a great host, responding quickly to any questions. A water bowl was left out for our dog which was a nice touch and made us feel right at home.

The apartment was beautiful, everything about it and spotlessly clean. The location was on the doorstep from all the shops and restaurants and 5 minutes stroll to the coastline and Old Leigh. Will definitely stay here again. Christine was an excellent host

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

A beautiful house - modernised inside without losing any of its period charm - in a great location. Katrina was a perfect host. We’ll certainly look to stay again in future!

We have just returned home from a week’s stay at Karen‘s house. It was a home from home with lots of space for our family of five and very clean. Karen was super helpful and responsive, she even went as far as leaving presents out for our children that they loved and food items for our stay. The house is centrally located for shopping, the seafront, park and many other local attractions. If you are thinking of staying here, we highly recommend and would book again. Thank you Karen!

We have been staying in Whitstable for many years and Emma’s house is the best so far! So private, safely tucked away behind secure gates. And yet so central - next to a great children’s play area and a short walk to the beach and High Street. The house was so clean that we questioned if we were the first guests to stay there. Emma was so proactive with her comms and left us a lovely welcome gift. If you get the chance to stay in this wonderful house, take it. You really won’t be disappointed!

If you are looking for a cottage in Whitstable look no further than this one. Spotlessly clean, great amenities and endless hot water. Located literally one minute from the top of the High Street and the Harbour. Harriet was responsive and easy to communicate with and the information pack was very very comprehensive and bang up to date. If we stay again in Whitstable this we definitely be my first choice. Local highlights - the food at The Duke of Cumberland, the sea front walks and the beer at The Sea Farmer’s Dive Taproom

Perfekte Unterkunft in Whitstable. In der Ferienwohnung fühlten wir uns gleich wie zu Hause. Ein kleiner Co-op, ein Fish & Chip Shop sowie ein chinesischer Take Away ist innerhalb von 2 min zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt und zum Strand kann man bequem laufen. Natürlich durfte auch ein Tagesausflug nach Canterbury nicht fehlen. Wir sind mit dem Bus gefahren, da die Haltestelle quasi vor der Tür ist. Ein Bonus ist der Parkplatz. Unser Auto stand die meiste Zeit, da die Wohnung so zentral liegt. 5 Sterne für die Wohnung! Mir ist nichts negatives aufgefallen 😊

Beth's place was amazing, we really enjoyed it there, so homely and comfortable. Everything was so clean, lots of extras provided too. The location was brilliant short walk to the sea, local shops, pubs and eating places, the harbour is about a 15 minute walk. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away and the train station is within easy reach too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Beth 😊

Great location, nice and quiet. Close to the beach and 10 minute walk to the pier. Looked like the pictures and exactly as I was expecting. Sofa and beds were comfy and plenty of afternoon sun on the balcony.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

We stayed here for a few months and it was truly a home for us. The bedroom was a standout, with an incredibly comfortable, cozy bed and large windows that let in beautiful natural light, especially over the second half of the day. The color scheme and decoration throughout the apartment were super beautiful and soothing, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The location was superb, just a few minutes' walk to the seaside, which made for many relaxing walks and stunning sunsets. The kitchen was cozy and well equipped, perfect for preparing meals during our extended stay. The apartment itself was well-maintained and comfortable, though we did notice what other guest had mentioned regarding the property. That said, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. The host was fantastic – communication was smooth, and they were always helpful and responsive. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located spot, we can highly recommend!

Beautiful property with excellent amenities. Very close to the high street and all the shops and restaurants. Parking space was secure and a real bonus! Tessa and Jim were very responsive to queries and kept in touch throughout. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring Whitstable. Five star property and host.
