Our weeks stay at the cottage was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive, the property was very clean, extremely comfortable and such a delight to be in. Our children loved the chill out room!! That was their highlight!!

Have just spent a lovely few days in Jane's beautiful little cottage. Its so pretty, beautifully decorated and in a lovely quiet location within walking distance to 2 local pubs and great countryside. The outside area is lovely, a real sun trap and its great to just sit and watch all the birds darting around, in and out of the barns which are opposite. Very relaxing. Jane communicated really well and check in/directions all very easy to follow. Would highly recommend.

We booked the house for a family weekend visiting in Derby. Great central location. Fantastic house with high ceilings and original period architecture, tastefully decorated. Loads of space to relax in and was a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Just got home from a lovely, relaxing stay here. Met up with 5 friends who now live all over the country and this was a great, central location. Tom met us as we arrived and showed us how everything worked. House was clean with some quirky lamps, each bedroom had an en-suite plus kettle and cups. The hot tub was a perfect addition. Lost many an hour chatting away while sat in it. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay. Great amenities and child friendly. Thank you for the milk, biscuits and Prosecco. Andy was a fab host who checked in and took our feedback on the heating. We will 100% stay here again when visiting family in Leicestershire.

Really good value for money, we visit Nottingham a lot, so will definitely come back here!! Nice quiet location in The Park, but so walkable and close to everything. Really nice yoga studio next door that I was able to use for a quick workout- thank you! The most comfortable bed too!

Great 2 nights over Easter in this quiet corner of rural Rutland. Great for our dogs and us to rest our heads after a day of exploring. There is no pub or shop unless u drive but we made use of the more than adequate self catering amenities and settled in each night with a bottle of wine and a film. Bath is also divine bring some bath foam

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location for our meal at John’s House. We loved the quirkiness and individuality of this annexe. Exactly as described. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Booked this for friends visiting for weddings. Host was very quick to respond to our enquiries. Lovely setting and very peaceful. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Maintained to a high standard and gorgeous setting

I booked this as a gaming retreat for my friend and I as a mini-stag and it was so much more than we had hoped. Super peaceful, the Alpacas and Sheep were lovely to pet and we were given carrots to feed them which was a great treat. The golf cart was a lovely novelty too. We were really well looked after before and upon arrival. The cabin is located in a private and secluded area with it's own grounds, lake and outdoor areas with a large firepit. It is very well appointed and clean with more than enough space for just us two. I'd love to bring the family here but dogs aren't welcome, other than this, the place is a perfect little retreat and I 100% recommend. Thank you, Mel!

A truly breathtaking break on the lake. Words can’t describe how beautiful Sue’s cabin is, it’s nestled away in its own little corner of heaven on earth. From waking up in the morning to seeing the nature around and the spring hatching of geese to relaxing in the hot tub watching the night sky. Everything really has been thought out to perfection and we wouldn’t have changed anything! Sue was very accommodating for us and everything was in best words easy and relaxing, greeted by Lee upon our arrival to show us about and that was all we needed to feel at home. We really couldn’t recommend the cabin enough and you’d be silly to not want to stay here! Most importantly….pub is a short walk over the field!! Thanks again Sue and Lee for a magical break away!
