The homeowners live on the first two floors, making this the ideal space for someone looking for a quiet space close to Queen's and downtown Kingston.

This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted.

This space is perfectly located, close to all the fun to be had in Clayton! Free off the street parking. Nice and quiet, newly renovated, very clean. A long list of amenities to help make your stay quite comfortable.
