Bruce and Jackie were amazing hosts. They attended to our every need and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. There are so many extra wonderful touches they have been attentive to like the very soft rugs on the floor by the bed so your feet aren't cold, the very soft fluffy rugs and towels in the bathrooms, all of the complimentary toiletry amenities, snacks, chocolates, cold water bottles, creamer, coffee, wood for the fire pit....I could list even more. The house is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The sheets and blankets are all very comfy and so are the beds. The grounds are just beautiful and so peaceful in the country just outside of Mt. Vernon but close right off I-44. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely plan on returning.

We absolutely loved the peaceful environment, beautiful home, great location, very clean and very spacious. Thank you Gayle for your amazing hospitality and helping my parents into the home. I wish it wasn’t so rainy so we could enjoy the outdoors but god had his plan and our wedding was beautiful!! Have a great Day!!

We stayed for one night on a last minute trip. The house was absolutely beautiful! There was so much to do at the house, the kids and adults all had a blast! Robert was very quick to respond to messages, very friendly, and helpful! I forgot an item at the home and they were kind enough to send it to me! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and fun trip!

The place is amazing. It is huge, and beautiful. It has a lot to do for the family. It is peaceful and very clean. The owners responded as soon as I sent them a question or a comment and the were very caring and sweet. I would highly recommend staying here.

One-of-a-Kind Container Home on Mount Vernon Farm!

Lovely place! Hosts were very nice and helpful, the property was so spacious and lovely to stay on and walk through. Our two dogs loved having a place to run around and be free! The only thing that is worth commenting on as far as concerns is that both of the doors on the main level do not latch shut if you just close them — you have to lock them or the door doesn’t actually shut. Not a huge deal. We’ll more than likely come back and loved our stay.

The place was great for a quick stint. Wasn’t too far from mount Vernon where we were visiting family and beats driving to Springfield for other options. The price was better than anything else in the area we could find for two days. Can’t beat the nice seclusion, the space to run around, the nature paths cut into the property, and the facilities supported our little clan of 5. Would definitely come back!

We came for a family reunion and Julie's location was perfect for what we needed. The house is not in town like we thought, but was very peaceful and quite. We also didn't realize this was her primary residence , so it was a little different from what we are used to. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, which looked very clean and welcoming. We definitely had room to spread out, large outside area with tables, chairs, fire pit area and a walking trail out back. This large home would be fantastic for a family or friends traveling together. The best amenities for us were that it was pet friendly and very private. This was my first trip to Missouri and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Barbara and her husband John were wonderful to me and very accommodating. John had a lot of the same interests as me and we chatted for hours. Friendly pups that were fun to pet on. If I’m ever in the area again I know where I’ll be staying! Thanks again Barbara.

I had a great stay! The instructions were clear and helpful, and Alyssa responded immediately when I had a question. Everything was clean and ready to go. The location was also perfect, as I needed to be in town and close to several venues. All in all, I'd strongly recommend staying there :)

We are return visitors to this location and hope to cont to return during regional swim meets in years to come. The small town only has 2 hotels ( neither very nice, as we have been coming to Monett for over 8 years. ). These corp housing units are I. Pristine condition down to the details like heated bathroom flooring. My adolescent sons loves the fact that the provide a snack basket in the room with healthy and chocolate goodies.

My partner and I stayed here while traveling from Portland to visit family, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the space was. It had everything we needed for a cozy and relaxing stay. Brett was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly and kindly. I’m looking forward to staying here again the next time we’re in town—definitely recommend!

The Tack Room @ Redemption Ranch

The tack room was exactly as advertised only a little bigger than I expected. I had some business to attend to locally and this was the perfect location for me. I enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and the washer & dryer came in very handy. Nicholas and Michelle checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Very friendly hosts and a very nice place.
