This our second stay at this location. Very quiet and feel safe with the it being gated. The apartment we had was very cozy. The bed was vey comfortable and linens and towels where clean and stain free. Would of like to see a few more cooking items, pots and pans but overall had plenty to cook with. Location was close to everything we needed. I would recommend

Diane was very responsive and got back to me quickly. Check in was smooth and easy, recommend!

We had to unexpectedly book a trip to BHC due to my father in law passing and Cindy was so amazing and helpful, start to finish. She was extremely accommodating and always responsive throughout our whole trip. She even had new coffee creamer delivered to us!! The home was beautiful, peaceful and in a great location. We would absolutely return to this property or any of the properties Cindy manages. You can truly tell she cares about the stay you have. 5 stars for the home and Cindy!

We had a great time at this amazing fun spaceful residence. We stayed for a 39th bday celebration weekend and couldn't have asked for a better place with all the space an amenities anyone would ever need. Plenty of room for 11 people to sleep eat drink and be marry. The bathrooms were clean and well kept, the kitchen had all the comforts of home and we used quite a bit of them. The best were the plastic champange flutes just a little touch that was nice and conciderate from the host to have there for everyone to use. The private dock was the best place to settle around after a day on the lake to wade in the water and finish off the remaining food and beverages we had. Cental AC worked like a charm to keep everything cool and very comfortable while it was 107 outside. Cindy the host was very responsive and even aske before check in what treats the bday person liked. It was a spacious great stay and Cindy made everything super easy. I will stay here agian and again.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

Kyle’s place is beautiful, we had such a great time! We definitely want to book Kyle’s place again sometime next year, not only was his house beautiful, the location was perfect! Thx Kyle!

We had an amazing stay at this house and highly recommend it for family getaways! I booked the trip six weeks in advance, and it was my second time renting an Airbnb. this one exceeded expectations. The 3-bedroom house comfortably fit four couples and three kids, thanks to the pullout cots and large couches.The location was ideal, with a dock on a calm body of water leading to the Colorado River. We fished, canoed, and rafted. I even taught my seven-year-old to fish! The neighbors were kind, and we made sure to be respectful. No street parking is allowed, but there’s room for five cars. Someone meets you at check-in to give access and review the strict 5 mph wake zone. Quiet time is 10 pm, which fits the relaxed, family-friendly vibe. The house had a cool arcade setup, a pool table, and board games for entertainment. My only suggestion would be to improve the shower heads and have a handyman check a few minor things. Overall, we loved it and would definitely return!
