I would give this place 10 stars if I could. If you aren’t sure if you should stay here or not, I promise you will love the place. It’s beautiful and the host was there to help me and answer questions. He even came to meet me when I got lost so I could follow him to the house! The inside of the house is absolutely gorgeous. The host left us inside enough food, snacks, and beverages to last a week, which was such a pleasant surprise. I recommend renting a car as access to the city is not within walking distance but even in the neighborhood there are two small restaurants and a little convenience store practically right outside the gates of the house. Heraklion is fun and Crete is a beautiful place to rent a car and visit sites. Even balos beach is doable in one day from there if you plan ahead. Then there are other beaches much closer and easier like Voulisma to the east. Or you can take a beautiful drive through the mountains and eat a great with w a view. Much to do! House is perfect!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein kleines Juwel! Es war traumhaft schön, mit Meeresrauschen aufzuwachen, auf dem kleinen Balkon den ersten Kaffee zu trinken, dann mit Blick auf das Meer zu frühstücken, im Meer zu baden (es sind wirklich nur wenige Schritte auf einem privaten Weg zum Strand), auf einer Liege auf der Terrasse im Schatten zu lesen, zu kochen (die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet) oder am Abend in einem Restaurant köstlich zu essen. Mein Mann und ich liebten die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit dieses kleinen Dorfes sehr. In dem kleinen Tante-Emma-Laden gibt es alles, was du benötigst zum Kochen, fürs Bad oder kleine Mitbringsel. Sehr betonen und loben möchte ich die Kommunikation mit Nikolas, die immer freundlich, hilfreich und schnell war. Als wir in der Wohnung ankamen, wurden wir mit Brot, Milch, einem gefüllten Obstkorb, Wein, Wasser und weil wir über Ostern dort waren, ein paar Ostereiern begrüßt. Wir haben uns selten so schnell zuhause gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Ich war Anfang April für eine Woche mit meinem Vater in der Unterkunft. Wir waren direkt positiv überrascht. Das Check-In ging ohne Probleme dank einer raschen Kommunikation mit Nikolas. Im Airbnb fanden wir viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten vor, die uns sehr die Ankunft versüßten. Auch während des Aufenthalts reagierte Nikolas schnell, wenn wir mal etwas nicht wussten oder eine Frage hatten. Das Airbnb hat alles um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der ruhige Innenhof lädt zum verweilen ein und man kann dort herrlich in der Sonne frühstücken. In Voulismeni selbst ist es sehr ruhig, es ist nur 5 min Mit dem Auto und 20 Min zu Fuß zur nächst größeren Stadt Napoli, wo man dann alles findet, von Restaurants über Café bis zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Airbnb ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um den Osten Kretas zu erkunden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft und Nikolas jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Brilliant, Lovely, Singular, Outstanding...these are a few words that come to mind when I think of my time at Andonis’ villa. First, let’s discuss the villa itself. We stayed in a grand 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, with a lovely yard and private pool. The view from the pool was great, and provided impressive sunrises/sunsets. The apartment itself was quite charming, and was comfortable from day one. Now let’s move on to our host and his family. From the moment we arrived, Andonis’ family took the absolute best care of my fiancé and I - always, with a genuine smile. If it weren’t for Andonis’ family; Marianna giving us the best advice with such care and thought - we would not have had the experience we did in Crete. Demitris and Marianna treat you like their family - this was one of the ultimate highlights of our trip. It was my fiancé’s birthday and they prepared a personalized gift for her at the breakfast table ; such a lovely thought that we will never forget. We recommend getting the breakfast , perfect way to start the day - calm, peaceful, delicious and generous authentic breakfast. I truly couldn’t be happier with choosing Andonis’ villa for part of my stay in Crete. In fact, I probably should’ve stayed there the entire time. Andonis, Demitris and Marianna- ευχαριστώ!!!

La maison de Fanis est très bien aménagée et décorée. La chambre avec les lits simples a beaucoup plu à nos enfants ! Nous n’avons pas pu beaucoup utiliser la piscine car il faisait frais mais elle a l’air super ! Nous étions en basse saison donc peu de restaurants ouverts mais la maison est tout à côté de la grande plage. Fanis a été très réactif pour notre arrivée et quand nous avons eu un petit souci d’eau chaude ! Nous recommandons cette maison. Merci à Fanis (et sa maman !)

We've only stayed at Vivi for 3 nights, but right from the beginning she made us feel welcome like family members. She's a delightfully jolly and open host with a good and generous heart. If you enjoy an authentic and charming rural lifestyle experience in a little village with welcoming and warm people, this is IT. We also recommend Vivi's restaurant, Vegera, it was truly a delicious culinary immersion into Cretan cuisine (she's an amazing and generous cook!), with the element of surprise: there's no menu, you will get whatever is planned for this day and you won't regret it, but better go there with an empty stomach...thank you Vivi for your kindness and warmth and for welcoming us into your home, we will always remember you fondly and of course visit again if we come back to Crete!

The apartment was perfect for our 1 week stay. Everything in Ierapetra is within walking distance. George’s recommendations for beaches & restaurants are very good . The apartment is close to all the Ierapetra beaches and the boardwalk that goes along the harbor. Highly recommend.

excellente adresse !! très bien situé si vous avez une voiture , a seulement 10mn du centre d heraklion .nous avons reçu toutes les instructions d arriver par mail , c était simple efficace et rapide. l appartement ainsi que le complexe sont très propres, bien équipés et bien entretenus . nous n avons manqué de rien ! piscine et jacuzzi bien appréciable ! nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

had a lovely stay here, hosts were very quick to respond on message and sent very detailed instructions for everything we would need. It was so quiet in the flat but was very near to busy bars

Kostas and Maria were absolute gems!! Their place was amazing and my son and I enjoyed our stay very much!! It was just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of our travels around Greece with gorgeous views and scenery!! If you’re considering booking I would say do it because you won’t regret it!! There are a couple of hiking places near buy but I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around because this place is in the mountains.

Είχαμε μια τέλια δυναμώνει ! Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό , άνετο με τα πάντα μέσα και πολύ βασικό για μας το πάρκινγκ του αυτοκίνητο , μπροστά στο σπίτι . Καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο , εστιατόρια , σούπερ - μάρκετ και παραλίες .Φάγαμε ωραία ένα βράδυ στη ταβέρνα της οικογένειας με παραδοσιακά φαγητά . Όλα ήταν τέλια ! Ευχαριστούμε των Γιώργο και την Μαρία για την φιλοξενία !

I only stayed one night, but I could've easily stayed more! The location is great, close to the center but not exactly in the middle of it. Of course, the price I paid is not ideal for just one person, but for a couple, it would be great. Would recommend!

Siamo stati in totale relax in un posto bellissimo. La finestra dell’’alloggio si affaccia sulla bellissima spiaggia. Tre gradini e sei direttamente in mare. Buon ristorante e Nikos e il personale estremamente cordiale e gentile. Il benessere a portate di mano.

Wir haben schon viele freundliche & gastorientierte Airbnb Unterkünfte gebucht, aber diese war einfach umwerfend! Immer für einen da, natürlich freundlich & sehr familiär! Die Unterkunft schlicht und ergreifend, extrem sauber, toller kleiner Pool in dem man gut schwimmen kann, leckeres und liebevolles Frühstück (auch wenn man erst kurz vor 10h kommt). Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, schön ruhig & konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang und einen herrlichen Ausblick genießen! Auch zum herrlichen Strand ist es nicht weit! Wer das kleine, authentische Kreta sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

Aspros Potamos is s very very special place . Paradise if you come from the crowded north of the island . It is beautiful, calm and an oasis for individualists . Ecologically run , renewable energy sources and yet with everything you need.We didn’t miss WiFi in the room and love the oil lamps . Our teenage children did as well ! We got great advice on the surroundings and had fantastic experiences. Thank you !

superbe vue sur un petit port de pêche et la mer...ambiance familiale à l'hôtel.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce village. La chambre est confortable et propre. C’est un village calme et reposant. Parfaitement ce que nous recherchions avant de reprendre l’avion. Attention à l’adresse Airbnb , si comme nous vous appuyez sur « obtenir l’itinéraire » vous n’arrivez pas au bon endroit mais dans un autre village à plusieurs minutes de voiture. Pour trouver l’endroit exact il faut écrire le nom de l’annonce et ne pas vous laisser guider par l’adresse Airbnb . Il y a une taxe de séjour à payer en plus une fois sur place , nous avons payé 3e pour une nuit pour deux.
