Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.

El apartamento está situado junto al paseo marítimo y la playa. Conectado con el centro de la ciudad por bus (95), metro (línea 8) y taxi, todos ellos a 200 metros. Muy luminoso, espacioso y bien equipado. A pie de calle hay una amplia oferta gastronómica y de ocio. La playa, a 100 metros , tiene concedida la bandera azul por la UE.
