We are PARADISE COTTAGE, and the standards of super host are status quo! We're ready for you! Although only 2 miles from the Gulf, we're on high ground! We are on a Priority One Energy Grid. With over 300 huge potted plants, many trees, etc we live in a lush tropical "Paradise". Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. Newly remodeled, quiet and cozy guest house on a cul de sac. Great location close to shopping/restaurants, 4 miles to Gulf Blvd where you will find many beautiful beaches, Clearwater, St Pete etc. 1 Bedroom, queen bed, and sofa bed in living room which pulls out to a queen bed. Full kitchen with all the extras. Cable TV, WiFi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle just need a heads up). Access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. No pets, no children under 8.

Our home is beautifully updated, fully furnished and decorated in a beach theme. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. We have a beautiful pond in the back. Perfect for you to relax and BBQ while enjoying our wonderful Florida weather. The house has a Smart TV, Internet w/Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and much more. Everything you need to make your stay perfect. We are close to great shopping, dining and to some of Florida's best beaches.

Private Pool, Jacuzzi, Walk to Beach.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

The Avalon at Clearwater is a gated community with a nice size heated pool and community gym. Parking space is not assigned and it’s free of charge. Walk-in distance to Publix grocery store and nearby restaurants. Location is central with short distance to nearby beaches, attractions and other nearby towns. Great access from Tampa Airport 20 minutes and 1.5/hours drive from Orlando airport and Disney World This location is loved by “snowbirds”

Spacious private master bedroom suite with private entrance and driveway! King bed. Private spacious bathroom! Fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Located in a large home. No access to the rest of house. 5 miles to Indian Rocks Beach. 8 miles to Clearwater. 2.5 miles to Botanical Gardens and Heritage Village, both FREE! 30 minutes from Tampa airport and 20 minutes from Clearwater St Pete airport.
