My family enjoy this house. It was very relaxing. We were there to celebrate My Aunt 80th Birthday. Everything was great.

India was a superb host and answered all of our needs. We couldn’t ask for a better stay

This was a perfect fit for me. I was attending a conference for a couple of days and needed something small and close to Stetson Law - Amanda was very responsive, very clear about how to access the space, and genuinely cared about my ability to get there safe and leave without any issues.

Really nice place, well kitted out, good AC. I enjoyed my stay.

Great location 2 minutes from Walmart & not far from the beach. We had a problem with the fridge not working and he had a new one delivered and paid us back for a cooler and ice. Friendly & honest! We would book again

We were in town for a family wedding and were looking for convenient, comfortable, affordable accommodations. The Mint House fit the bill! Daniel reached out to make sure we were settling in, and to see if we needed anything. The unit was very neat, clean, and had the amenities that make you feel like you are at home away from home. And there were also thoughtful little touches - like snacks on the dining table and little makeup towelettes in the bathroom - that tell me the host is willing to go the extra mile for his guests. 100% would recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely place.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Biljana’s home! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The entire house was spotless on our arrival. Everything inside is totally upgraded and has beautiful finishes. The floors are gorgeous and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved the fact the house was stocked with toiletries (shampoo, body wash, dish soap, paper towels) etc. and the fact they have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even a cooler for you to use. They truly let you into their home with open arms and allow you to access all their things. The heated saltwater pool was warm at 80 degrees and clean. The pool vacuum is awesome and clears all the debris in just an hour or so. Biljana and her husband respond to all your needs very quickly and are so friendly! Only thing I may recommend is updating some outdoor pool furniture such as the patio table and chairs. Would 100% stay here in the future!

Even better than the pictures! This place was absolutely fantastic. All of my guests loved the property and the backyard was incredible! We had a great time grilling and swimming in the pool! The pool bath is a super nice feature and it’s beautiful! The house was super clean and had plenty of parking. The street was quiet and the neighborhood felt safe. You could even take a morning walk to Wawa for coffee if you wanted to. It’s also a 3 minute car ride to Target and Publix so it’s super easy to get anything you need. Isabella was very sweet and responsive. 10/10 I would absolutely rebook again.

The residence was clean and met our needs for the 9 family members that stayed (3 nights). The kitchen has plenty of counter space. The home was roomy enough for all, but some of the seating (blue chairs in photos) was not in the home. If you are traveling with elders, just note that 2 of the 3 bathrooms have smaller than standard doors. My mom’s walker would not fit through them. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again if coming to town.

Great location with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Camille was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Townhouse was exactly as described.

Will 100% be back! The home was beautiful and felt like we were at our own private resort. Thoughtful touches throughout. To be on the water but walkable to the beach - all around an incredible week. It was private. The host was awesome, great at anticipating our needs and super responsive when needed. Takes great pride in a well maintained and updated home. Home was stocked with all that we needed. Didn’t want to leave! Hard to believe it was better in person than the photos show!

The place was really cute and comfortable. The only thing , and this is not criticism just a suggestion , a clothes line outside to hang dry your clothes would be super helpful so you don’t have to use the dryer all the time . Apart from that all was great 🥰🥰🥰

This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

We loved our short but sweet stay at this house! Beautiful property, stunning pool, awesome views. Perfect for a family to relax and unwind and have fun.

Our stay at Adina’s was great! Very clean and spacious bedroom. Walkable to Bayshore and quick drive to Hyde Park. Adina was very responsive and flexible with a late check out to accommodate our later flight. The baked goodies she made were an added bonus!

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.

My family and I enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. The walking trail was an added bonus. It was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of hangout spaces. Joey was lightning ⚡️ fast responding to our needs!
