The house is darling and in the perfect location. Lots of walkability. It's a little tricky to find but V gave great instructions including pictures. The washing machine was a great perk on our long trip through Europe. She left fresh fruit on the counter and even a card and gift for my 9 year old daughter who celebrated a birthday while we were there. Truly the sweetest thing!

Our group wanted to stay outside of the city and we found this fantastic beach house 25 minutes outside of Lisbon. Easy to go into the city for the day if you’d like. However there are great restaurants and a beautiful beach to relax at in Costa de Caparica. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, and the home was perfect for our group of 14. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We stayed at this Airbnb in March with our family and had a fantastic time. The house is very spacious and perfectly located. It’s an excellent place to stay with friends, especially for a surf trip. I highly recommend it! During the colder period we experienced, the mobile heaters were really useful, but I can imagine it's even nicer in the summer. The hosts were also very flexible with check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Wir waren Anfang bis Mitte März in Trafaria. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und wird auch nicht feuchtkalt, wie wir es in anderen Unterkünften in Portugal erlebt haben. Das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss ist toll, aber aufgrund dem Holzboden sehr hellhörig. Die Lage ist gut. Nach Lissabon kann man mit dem Schiff fahren oder mit dem Auto. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Es waren fußläufig keine Restaurants oder Supermärkte vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Irma von Republica Do Sul waren super. Wenn es ein Problem gab hat sie sich sofort darum gekümmert und wir können Republica Do Sul nur empfehlen

Es un departamento agradable, se encuentra muy céntrico y tiene todo lo necesario. Es amplio lo que hizo que fuera más cómodo estar en familia. Tiene fácil acceso y encuentras lo necesario cerca.

Sonia and simon were great hosts. Very responsive, the house is beautiful. We didn't take time to explore the immediate neighbourhood, but the train station is very close by, probably 1 mile, walkable, with fast and frequent trains into Lisbon. We got an uber a couple of times to Praia Fonta da Telha which was stunning, was about 9 euros. The villa is stunning and the heated pool was great for our kids. All in all a great stay, fantastic access to Lisbon via the train and to the beaches.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist relativ ruhig gelegen, außer dass man die Flugzeuge gehört, aber da gab es von dem Gastgeber auch Gehörschutz für die Nacht!

Extérieur impeccable pour ce genre de location, soleil, piscine, terrasse, cheminée-barbecue, maison "comme à la maison" avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y vivre, bien équipé en électro ménagé, au calme malgré les chiens "portugais" qui aboient souvent la nuit mais presque pas dans notre cas, calme au niveau voisinage, le marché à 100m de la maison et les supermarchés qui ne sont pas très loin non plus, ma plage préférée (Princesa) à 5mn en voiture..

The location was ideal — perfectly situated for exploring the heart of Lisbon, while still offering a peaceful and quiet retreat after a day of wandering the city’s charming streets. I especially appreciated the little touches: from clear check-in instructions to the cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax and settle in.

A property with lots of character. It suited our family well. Parents with young adults. We liked the open plan style and patio. Nice touch to find some local cheese and wine which was delicious. Really nice area to stay in.

Beautifully presented and clean apartment. Great location with plenty of restaurants, shops, riverside walk and many other amenities nearby to include the Aquarium and Shopping Center. Short walk to public transports with great connections to either Lisbon or Porto. The host was extremely helpful and always responsive. Highly recommended.

O espaço é ainda melhor do que as fotos. Local super tranquilo e vizinhança extremamente simpática. Era exatamente o que estávamos buscando para passar a Páscoa em família. A mobilidade para o centro de Lisboa foi fácil de Uber e conseguimos perceber o quanto a hospedagem foi pensada em acolher os convidados. Tudo muito confortável, arrumado e cheio de amenities. O apartamento é extremamente amplo. Estávamos em 3 adultos e 2 crianças e ainda almoçamos com a minha irmã, cunhado e sobrinha na Páscoa. Os cômodos estavam impecáveis e super equipados de armários, roupas de cama, aquecimento e todos os itens para não faltar nada. Nos sentimos em casa. Obrigada Patricia e Sofia por terem sido tão cordiais conosco e pelo espaço na Amadora! Com certeza é um lugar que voltando em Lisboa gostaria de me hospedar novamente.

Rafael foi muito prestativo e atencioso, atendeu todos os pedidos de ajuda, indicou espaços ao redor para refeição logo a nossa chega e a coisa mais marcante foi nos permitir ter um late check out, até a hora bem próxima ao nosso voo, que foi no turno da noite. Ficaremos eternamente grato pois não sabíamos aonde ficar para aguardar o voo. Recomendo

O apartamento é maravilhoso, a localização é excelente. Há tudo a um passo de caminhada: metrô, supermercado, padaria e uma das principais avenidas de Lisboa. Móveis bem cuidados, novos, decoração moderna e aconchegante. Banheiros com ducha higiênica (uma raridade na Europa). Novos hóspedes devem estar atentos à forma de abrir a porta do prédio (pode ser difícil para quem não tem o costume de abrir esse tipo de porta). Recomendo e voltaria novamente!

Our stay was very nice and enjoyable. We were able to Uber to Lisbon daily without any issues and the cost was very reasonable. Our host was very helpful with arrival and suggesting sites to see and recommending restaurants and tours. When I realized that I had forgotten to bring electrical outlet converters, they provided them right away. We would stay here again.

The apartment is very clean, pretty, and nicely put together. The description is accurate. And it does feel larger than it looks in the photos. Our arrival was delayed and we walked up the wrong street and still Olivia waited for us patiently. The instructions to find the apartment are clear, we were just tired travelers. There is a pizza shop below the apartment but, it is not a rowdy street. We found the apt restful. A Padaria Portuguesa (which is a chain) was reliable for breakfast with good seating and bread loafs for home (even a gluten free loaf). It is up the hill and to the left, past a plaza. Another good Portuguese coffee spot is next door to it. You can walk down the hill to a large main boulevard where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation. A fun memory was using the tram ( the popular Tram 28) to the Montim Moriz stop and walk up the hill home.

Very nice and quiet but extremely windy place. Excellent beach and good beach restaurants near.

We had a great time at Bertina's place. She is very welcoming; she met us when we arrived and made sure we had all the necessary information and were comfortable. She also responded very quickly to questions. We loved the neighbourhood and Bertina's place; it is small, but thoughtfully furnished and equipped and it had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Great family apartment with everything you need for a longer stay. There are heaters in every room, so the apartment can be heated during colder months. CD collection, TV and toys are excellent for rainy days. Great choice of local and international cafes and restaurants nearby, plus grocery stores and a playground. Nearby bus stops and metro stations give you options to go anywhere. Friendly host to help with everything.

Luis was always responsive and helpful. The van was in excellent condition and provided everything we needed.
