Great stay. Location was quiet. I wish we would’ve gotten to stay in the warmer months. I’m sure the views would’ve been even better and the outside space would be great for that. The inside was clean, newly redone when I stayed (from my untrained eye). The welcome sweets were a nice touch! Paula’s instructions for access, parking and everything else were clear and concise. We were fishing and Paula accommodated our need to clean fish in a space that wouldn’t otherwise been available. She did not have to do that for us, but she did. She picked up when I called to inquire about it too. She’s a super-superhost! Don’t hesitate to book her listings. Highly recommended!

The Sparrows Nest was such a calming and cozy place with such unique and detail oriented decor which made it feel like a home. The apartment was right near such a friendly restaurant in downtown Monona. We explored nearby towns in Postville, McGregor and Prairie du Chien which made the trip an adventure too. Tanya was such a gracious and thoughtful host who left homemade delicious chocolate bars as a welcoming gift. The Sparrows Nest is the place to stay in Monona!

We hit a deer on the way to the Airbnb which delayed our arrival by over 2 hours. After all airbags deployed we were very sore and tired. You never know the quality that a bed will be but Nick’s place had a very comfortable bed. It was a nice end to a pretty bad night! We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great overnight stay at Brittney's place. Brittany was willing to accommodate one of our requests and was very responsive throughout the communication process. The location and amenities were exactly as advertised. The setting was peaceful and we enjoyed watching the variety of animals on site (goats, cats, donkey?). We would not hesitate to stay again! Just returned from a girls weekend at Becwar House. John was very responsive and helpful. His home was absolutely beautiful, well stocked and felt like home. The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants and nature. We had a wonderful weekend and truly appreciate such an amazing and thoughtful host! We highly recommend.

Great set up for a large family gathering with plenty of bedrooms and accommodating space. Kids loved the pool table and adults loved the hot tub!

Very beautiful location with a great view of the Mississippi River. We had fun playing pool and spent time in the hot tub and around the fire. We would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Nikki's cottage was perfect for our weekend! Conveniently located near downtown and accessible to everything. Nikki was very responsive with questions and even recommended a few events happening in town while we were there! Would 10/10 recommend and come back again!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this home and just love it. Kristen communicates very well and is very responsive to any questions that we have. We feel right at home here. We enjoy the view of the bluff❤️. Quiet neighborhood. We love the Harpers Ferry area. We look forward to our next stay!!

This was our second time staying at Ralph's place and it was great, as it was previously! The views of the river are breath-taking! Ralph added a larger dining room table since our last visit, so that will be nice for people with larger groups. The place is very private yet has a great pizza place about five minutes away and lots of great restaurants about 30 minutes away in Prairie du Chien. If you see a tugboat coming down the river with a tow, head down to US Lock & Dam No 9 to watch the tug go through the lock (about 10 minutes away). Very interesting if you've never witnessed it before. We love staying at Ralph's place and will definitely be back!

This was a great little place on the Mississippi River and close to a lot of things to do. Loved the location and waking to the view of the river. Would definitely return here!

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. This was a beautiful property. They thought of everything a person could forget. We arrived sooner than expected and we were willing to wait outside but Kathy was more than happy let us in early. The space was so relaxing and so much fun.
