Absolutely fantastic stay: beautiful, old building with original features in heart of Nijmegen - yet incredibly quiet. Chris was more than helpful, showing us round and making sure we knew how everything worked. Great recommendations for literally everything you might need. Really well-equipped kitchen.15 mins walk from railway station, and close to food shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying here and hope to be back again. Chris, thanks so much.

It was really a great pleasure to stay there. The hosts were very friendly and we felt immediately like at home. Very beautiful surroundings directly near the lake. The apartment was big and very clean. A great view was opened from the balcony. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants to distract from big city life and spend wonderful time in the Netherlands

Een zeer verzorgd compact appartement vlakbij het centrum en makkelijk lopend te bereiken vanaf het station. We zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Bas. Voor mijn jarige echtgenoot was er zelfs een cadeautje! Het appartement voldeed geheel aan onze verwachting. Je hoeft bij Bas pas om 11:00u uit te checken. Erg prettig!!

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Isa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist modern und auch viele praktische Dinge sind im Haus. es ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit einem tollen Garten. Es ist an alles gedacht und die Umgebung ist abgeschieden und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Wir waren mit Kindern da und neben den Spielgeräten im Garten hab es auch jede Menge Spiele wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Mooi huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt. Esther reageerde erg snel bij vragen en zocht mee naar een oplossing voor een probleem (luxaflex gingen niet omhoog), dus super fijne communicatie. Het huisje was schoon en we hebben genoten van het verblijf

Prettig mooi, net, goed onderhouden en schoon huisje. Flexibele gastdame. Prima communicatie. Aanrader. Omgeving is mooi. Vlakbij Nijmegen (20 min rijden). Nadeel is dat het restaurant op het park gesloten was. Ik vermoed tijdelijk.

Wij hebben hier enorm genoten op ons vriendenweekend. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en met lekker weer kun je heerlijk in de achtertuin zitten. De jacuzzi was een echte luxe waar we graag gebruik van maakten. Evenals de gezellige plek rond de vuurkorf waar we marshmallows roosterden. In de omgeving is ook van alles leuks te doen mocht je even het huisje uit willen. Echt een top locatie!

The house was well equipped, I cook everything for my children and there was, for the first time ( we travel a lot) plenty of quality cookware (stainless steel pots much healthier choice) for our needs. There was a safety gate on the stairs, which came in very handy for the youngest member of the family. The children enjoyed the toys and games available. This place really made our stay some much smoother and enjoyable. It was great to have a garden with swings and a hot tub. The area was very peaceful and we were even lucky to have great weather. There were appliances to make all jobs easy, a dishwasher, a washing machine. we didn't use the drier because of all the sun but I'm sure it could have come handy in the rain. Overall we really had everything we needed and would definitely choose Heleen's place as our base. Thank you

This was a phenomenal find as we visit relatives often in Boekel. The hosts were attentive from the very minute we booked and the space itself was immaculate. I also appreciated the consideration for future guests with the requirements whilst living there and checking out. It made me keen to revisit. The hot tub was sublime, the beds cosy and comfy and everything we needed in the laundry room, kitchen and beyond. Too many great things to list but we will be back.

Femke is een goede host en ook de co-host Heleen is erg fijn in communicatie. We hebben een erg goed verblijf gehad in de accommodatie van Femke. De accommodatie voldeed aan de verwachtingen en was schoon, netjes en opgeruimd. De tuin was ruim en ook de jacuzzi en sauna waren ruim genoeg om met z'n alle in te kunnen. De accommodatie is op een vakantiepark waar ook genoeg te doen is voor de kleintjes, zoals een speeltuin en kinderboerderij. Al met al zeker een aanrader!
