Perch Cottage- Lake Winnipesaukee Access- Downtown

Perch Cottage, just across the street from the lake with 10 feet of lake access on Winnipesaukee, has four bedrooms and three baths on three levels, as well as comfortable living and kitchen area with splendid lake and mountain views. It can handle up to twelve guests on three levels. It is an ideal way for a family or several friends to be together or spread out. Be in the hub of the town, a walk to all the restaurants and shops as well as the town boat launch and docks

Hilltop Lakeview Retreat is a quiet and private modern oasis! Across the street from Lake Waukewan and a short walk to Main St in Meredith, NH, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home sleeps 12! Well behaved dogs are allowed with a pet fee. A 3 minute drive gets you to the Meredith town docks and Hesky Park. Stroll through the local shops and visit the restaurants for a culinary delight. Take in the Meredith Sculpture Art Walk, or Weirs Beach is only a 10 min drive.

Newly renovated 5 bedroom home with 150’ of waterfront on Lake Waukewan with private dock! Kayak, SUP, swim or walk to town less than 1/4 mile away. You will find plenty of good food, drink and shopping. Two large living rooms and a game room with air hockey, fuse ball, pool and more. Main level has open kitchen, dining & living area. Bright sun room and large deck overlooking the lake and Swazey Park! Master Bed/Bath has large jetted whirlpool tub.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
