We booked this room for my sister who was visiting family with us. Having stayed here ourselves before over the holidays, we knew it was just the right thing for her. She was very comfortable and slept well.

The place was perfect for our needs in Chicago. It’s well kept, up to date, and fits the description.

Lilly was prompt in her responses and very helpful. The place was well kept and clean. A quick Uber ride to downtown. Our group really enjoyed our stay!!

Th convenient location with parking can’t be beat. The room and bathroom are well-appointed, and the bed is comfortable. Jane is responsive, gracious, and accommodating. She’s my favorite AirBnB host I’ve ever met! I’m hoping my travel plans allow me another opportunity to stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality and a place to stay!

We found our stay with Paula to be absolutely delightful and better than if we had a place all to ourselves. She was generous, responsive, and helpful in many ways. We could not have had a nicer, better hostess and we look forward to staying with her the next time we visit Chicago.

I can’t praise this place enough. Not only was it more beautiful than the pictures, but Janet also provided amenities above and beyond what was listed. She provided towels, sunscreen, and a beach pass and the house is in walking distance to Lake Michigan. She was always quickly able to answer any questions and was readily available. Janet really tries to make the space feel at home and provides you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was surprised by the quality and ease of the entire stay, and the room was gorgeous (lots of natural light and plenty of privacy). I HIGHLY recommend this location for an Evanston visit (walking distance to downtown and the lake) as well as the excellent service I received from Janet.

This place was amazing... They layout was terrific. quiet neighborhood, safe, and had everything we needed. we were celebrating my birthday (pre) My friends 🧡 Even set up a Bday table for me down stairs and we had our in vip golden girlz(ladies) celebrations 🍾 😀 😄 ❤️

I was enjoy this house with my family and we had a good time there! The house has everything you need and the location is nearby airport!

Olga’s place was really great. Took the train to the city most days. Felt really safe, bed was comfortable and was a great stay!

We had a great stay. So many great spaces in the house for a group of working adults. Everyone had a desk or comfortable place to set up laptops. The house was fresh and smelled wonderful from the wood burning fireplace/fire pit.

EJ’s place was a perfect base for us to explore the surrounding area. In a quiet, charming neighborhood that we enjoyed walking each morning and evening. Well equipped for a family with kids, with big bedrooms, a lovely kitchen and living space. EJ was friendly, super responsive and an all around great host. We highly recommend this space and will be sure to come back soon!

Very comfy home. We loved the 2 living rooms with the bigger tvs. Will say the kids beds were very hard, I don't think kids would mind but the adults had a hard time. We enjoyed the kitchen honestly. So much space and it was very clean. Having 2 bathrooms was also a huge plus also!! Thank you for having us!!

The apartment is lovely and very convenient. We really appreciated the charcuterie tray in the refrigerator.

Peter’s home has been tastefully and thoughtfully updated and is very clean and functional. It is conveniently located for visitors to Skokie and Evanston. Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything worked well and the home was just as described by Peter. The home has the capacity to host a good sized family and the basement has a nice pool table, seating are and bar. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet and clean place in the near northern suburbs of Chicago.

This space exceeded all of our expectations and made for the perfect backdrop to our brother’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious yet incredibly cozy, offering everything needed for a comfortable home away from home. The stunning artwork, complete with a catalog kindly provided by Marianne, added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the waterfront—and although Chicago traffic can be challenging, my family and I opted for bikes and scooters, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. We also had two rental cars and always found plenty of parking right in front of the house. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Marianne!

Great home next to a lake and park. Made this home our base for our Chicago family to come meet our new baby. Lots of parking and outdoor areas. Both bedrooms were large so it fit all the baby stuff. Host answered back within 15min usually. Place was very clean. Plenty of extra towels and pillows. Bathroom was a little small but had a nice bath tub. Kitchen had plenty of supplies which made us feel at home. The lake was 20 steps away and the playground a quick 4min walk. There was also a Portillos and Stores located within a mile.

I couldn’t have dreamt up a better place for my family and I to stay for my sister’s graduation weekend. This place was even better than the photos and description. It was less a quick 5 minute drive to campus, & in a peaceful neighborhood, a short drive to the beach and downtown. The home was a GORGEOUS 3 story brownstone with a basement entertainment room. It was very spacious on the inside, so my family and I could spread out. The house was very clean with modern fixtures, with immaculate bedding and bathrooms; it felt like a nice hotel. There were several living rooms, each bedroom had a lock/key option, big closets and 2 of the 4 bedrooms are masters with attached bathrooms. It had a car garage, and 5 bathrooms in total (3 full, 2 halves), which my family of 6 appreciated. It had everything we needed to be comfortable, including household supplies and utensils so we could prepare food. I highly recommend this place, it’s a gem. Tarek was an awesome, helpful, and attentive host!

This is a Beautiful Home, with a peaceful atmosphere. A Great place to walk into and relax after a long trip, and spacious enough for a small group to enjoy one another's company without feeling overcrowded. 2 Full Refrigerators and 2 Full size stoves makes this location a rare find.

Robin is a lovely host and has a gorgeous home- feels much larger than the pictures and is beautifully decorated. Tons of space for a large group. We ran into a problem with the AC and refrigerator and Robin was extremely responsive and proactive in getting everything taken care of and taken care of quickly. The street this house is on feels safe and the neighbors were kind. It was perfect for a long weekend!

Place was great to stay! Jimmy is very responsive, helped us with an early check-in to get people from the airport into the airbnb.

We had a WONDERFUL time at Olusesan's place! It was spotless, very comfortable, and well worth the price. He was also very responsive! If you are picky about where you stay, I HIGHLY suggest this Airbnb. It is immaculate. We can't wait to stay here again!

Me and my friends came to stay to celebrate marine corps birthday and Veterans Day. We unexpectedly had 2 people drop out of our group, and it was just 3 of us. The house comfortably hosts up to 2 couples, the beds were very cozy and roomy. However the 3rd bedroom advertised is located through one of the listed bedrooms, so guests would have to walk through the king bedroom to gain access. Overall, the house and location is great! We used all the amenities including laundry, dish washer, stove and oven, as well as the fire pit and the grill. Another plus was they have an air fryer and a waffle maker! We used both! One downside is there is only street parking and spots are not always available in front of the location. The host does provide parking passes for the permits listed in the street. Over all great and cozy experience! Would recommend and definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at this AirBNB! When we arrived, they had left out little Christmas gifts for our daughters! They also left us 5 permits even though we were unsure if we were staying for 5 days! We ended up deciding to stay last minute and they were so accommodating to us!! The linens on the bedding were a little dirty when we got there. There seemed to be old hair, and stuff on the beds but honestly it wasn’t anything super serious! I will say though, definitely pack your own blankets if you’re a bigger family or a blanket loving family. The Airbnb didn’t offer very many blankets but in the grand scheme of things, that didn’t matter!! We loved our stay and will hopefully be back!!
