It was great but there were a few broken things, but I let them know and they noted them no biggie. Other than great my friends and I had a great time. Nice, clean, and great location with fun stuff to do.

Great place! Love that we could bring our dogs. Area was super walkable and super close to the mountains! Would absolutely come back!

Place was cozy, comfortable and clean. Very close to the town and the lake.. The outdoor seating was excellent and our dog really enjoyed having freedom to roam in backyard and chase birds and squirrels! The cabin itself was cute too!

We (plus our dog) had a perfect long weekend at Carmelita Cabana. The space was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen had the basics, and we were able to cook easy meals for two. We appreciated the cleanliness of the space but also liked that there was a vacuum to clean up any dirt we might have brought in. The living area and bedroom stayed a very comfortable temperature and we had no issues with being too cold/too warm. Our dog can be sensitive to noises in a new place, but she had no issues whatsoever. The view was unbeatable, and our only problem was that our trip wasn’t long enough!

Perfect place to stay at for a cozy weekend in the Tahoe area. Heater for the house and water works great and driveway has space for 2 cars easily. Kitchen also has all the Tupperware you will need.

Beautifully updated older Tahoe cabin! Our group of 8 ladies has been coming to Tahoe for 20 years now and this home ranks among one of our favorites. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating in the family room and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware and glasses. Clean and well maintained.

Great stay. For a family of 3 + 2 little dogs, this "gingerbread" cottage was perfectly located and perfectly sized for us. We always stay in King's Beach whenever we visit Tahoe (quieter, less touristy), and this cottage was a last minute find for us for our annual ski-trip. We did have a water issue where the main water line was closed (to prevent the frozen pipes in the winter). But we were able to resolve the issue with the friendly property manager right away. Overall super-cute, and literally every little nook and cranny was well used to provide rather tiny space. We did a lot of cooking in a small kitchen which had everything you really need. Our little poodles LOVED the backyard and wouldn't come inside. Def will come back to the property again!

We had a great time at Doug's place. It is well-equipped and close to all the casinos, etc. We would not hesitate renting this Airbnb again.

It is a wonderful property. We were greeted with welcome glasses of wine and they even gave a glass to friends who were with us but not staying at the property--so thoughtful. It was nice to relax in the private sauna after a long day of skiing. Will definitely be returning.

It was such a beautiful space to stay in! Very clean and cozy from the moment we arrived, and the host was very friendly!

This tiny home fit my bill because I wanted a unique experience within a few hours drive from the Bay Area. Surrounded by vineyards, animal farms, and a short walk from wine tasting— truly pleasant! One thing to be mindful of is the loft bed— able body recommended since it’s 6 steps up the metal ladder (I hope the host change it to flat wood steps in the future to make it less painful for ingress/egress on the foot).

Small but comfortable cabin in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. The fully fenced large backyard and small mudroom are nice features. Had everything we needed for a very pleasant visit.

This place is nearby all you need and more yet secluded. Very beautiful view of the lake from the backyard. Very peaceful and quiet. Place is perfect for your get away!

Perfect home for our spring break getaway. It comfortable fit my wife and I, her parents and our baby. It counter easily accommodated two more adults. The backyard was our favorite; maybe because the storm brought in over 20 inches of snow and we were able to build a snowman while using the grill. Highly recommend ! Athena is very clear with all instructions. Would definitely stay again.

Great cozy place to stay! Super clean and great location. Catherine was great to communicate with and plenty of space for humans and pups! Fireplace is lovely! Only note, is internet occasionally dips out. This is important only if you plan to work or join zoom calls. You may get disconnected.

Cute, cozy and comfy place! I came with my puppy and we had a great time! There was fenced backyard which my puppy could play along with Dana’s. The room is tiny, definitely for a single person use. Although it was tiny, it was just nice and fitted well for my need! The internet was fast, good for working! The kitchen was pretty solid! There was coffee, bowls, plates, glasses, mini oven and fridge! Dana also provided puppy treats and poo-bag! Highly recommended if you are looking cozy and comfy small place to stay!

The place was great. Looked just like the pictures and was very clean. It was nice to walk around barefoot and not end up with a bunch of dirt on my feet. Julie and her team were very friendly and had great communication with me. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The cabin was very clean and thoughtfully designed with lots of details that make it feel like a high-quality retreat, especially for families. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—much better than most rentals—and made cooking easy and enjoyable. The cabin stayed warm overnight even without turning on the heat, and the WiFi was reliable enough for a work video call. Beds and mattresses were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. One thing to note for families with young kids: I wouldn’t recommend it for toddlers, as the stairs are steep and the heater is floor-mounted. Fortunately, our child was old enough for it not to be an issue. A small tip: the melamine plates are very cute, but not microwave-safe—learned that the hard way! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. Had everything we needed, clean studio , and great host. The Sauna was a huge plus that we enjoyed! Raquel was very helpful! I highly recommend it!

Jamie's place was stupendous- my partner and I both agreed that it was one of the best air bnbs we have ever stayed in. Check in instructions were very clear and there was a small hiccup but Jaime let us check in late and was quick to respond and check in on us. Once we got into the Airbnb, we were so happy: the place is clean, with every amenity that you could want. The bed is comfortable, the backyard is huge, and the bathroom has heated floors! Jaime made sure to have every possible detail taken care of- we haven't been this happy with an Airbnb in a really long time and usually go with hotels. I guarantee 100% that I will try to book again at this place and really recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, quiet space next to all the great things in Kings Beach!

Super cozy and clean! Very convenient location around so many shops and restaurants can get around very easy but place is also tucked away nice and private! Loved the fenced back yard for my dogs! Honestly just an all around great place to stay 5 out of 5 recommended for sure!!! And the hosts communication 5 out of 5 as well!! Very much enjoyed and would for sure stay again!
