Renta de lofts vacacionales en Lake Tahoe

Had a great time at this place while doing 2 days skiing at Tahoe donner downhill. For a studio it had everything we needed for a great spring ski weekend. The convenience factor is great.

We planned a long weekend trip to Tahoe to catch a live comedian who was performing at Harvey’s outdoor amphitheater, which was also 4th of July weekend. We were looking for a CONVENIENT LOCATION and Gerry and Phil’s place was EXACTLY that and more. Staying there allowed for complimentary access to their private beach which was an easy stroll - a handful or so blocks away. With the casinos only a block away, Heavenly Village across the street, and an abundance of restaurants and bars within walking distance, you could easily enjoy the entire stay on foot without having to pull the car out. Not to mention they have complimentary bicycles (and helmets if you want) and locks you can check out, so you can explore even further if your heart desires. We loved the free bikes and enjoyed a blissful bike ride on our beach cruisers down to the other beaches with ease. My fiancé was only disappointed that we waited til the last day to check out the bikes - as we likely would’ve covered more ground on previous days. Nonetheless, we enjoyed each day, even just hanging out on property. They have 2 pools and hot tubs that many guests and families took advantage of. They have a nice upper deck BBQ area - nicely equipped with several great gas grills and picnic tables and benches with umbrellas. We enjoyed an entire afternoon grilling up our tri-tip, sunbathing, having drinks, and enjoying friendly conversation. The kitchenette in the room is well equipped with a full sized fridge so we were able to prep food and store leftovers (and cold beers!) with ease. Oh and I thoroughly enjoyed the free, unlimited popcorn from the office - woohoo! They have complimentary continental breakfast daily as well as a gym, so bravo all around for the amenities of this cute place. What really was above and beyond was the level of hospitality and thoughtfulness by Gerry and Phil. From making sure we had parking, to extending invitation to their reserved area on the beach for the fireworks - which Phil set out at 6am to mark off his ‘territory’ to ensure a front seat for his guests... to Gerry checking out and bringing pool towels for us in case they run out. These gestures did not go unnoticed - thank you SO MUCH Gerry and Phil! One last shout out to their dog Cody who was as sweet and adorable as ever!

Great ski condo to stay within walking distance of NorthStar. We took the shortcut that Albert suggested to the Gondola and it only took 10-15 minutes walking to get there. The condo was comfortable, quiet, and private. Perfect for 2 people spending a weekend in Northstar skiing.

Excellent place to stay.

Perfect little place to rest after a day of outdoor activities. Worked out well for our family of 4. No complaints, Would stay here again!

Great ski condo to stay within walking distance of NorthStar. We took the shortcut that Albert suggested to the Gondola and it only took 10-15 minutes walking to get there. The condo was comfortable, quiet, and private. Perfect for 2 people spending a weekend in Northstar skiing.

Great spot in Lake Tahoe with access to private beach and balcony with Mountain views. My only complaint is Vacasa’s general policy with late in the day check in at 4 and having to be out by 10.

We had a beautifully memorable stay with Evolve! As ex-longtime residents of Reno returning for a brief trip to visit family, their Airbnb was the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood that felt cozy and comfortable despite the wintertime temperatures... The room had everything we needed for our adult family of 4, and our hosts were amazing and proactive with their responses. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, and will hopefully be able to stay here again in the future!

This place was quirky, charming and clean and the hosts definitely care about making your stay enjoyable!
