This 1 bed-room, self-catering, tiny home (29 square meters) is the perfect retreat for couples, and it is designed with sustainability and comfort in mind. It features award winning furnitures manufactured locally. It serves as a perfect hub for hiking, skiing, fishing, golf, and hot spring onsen in the area. The home is approximately a 30-minute drive from Asahikawa Airport.

Accommodation for one group per day .It boasts a spacious living room with a nice view. In winter, the roads become snowy, so we recommend checking in early. There is a kitchen, dishes, there. You can cook.Free coffee etc is prepared. It is 4 km from Kamifurano Train Station .From the station there is an ascending slope of gravel road. You can not come by foot. There are four convenience stores in the town of Kamifurano. Please visit next door , you can check in our house.

It was only a tiny idea for our destination photography studio base, that also offers a relaxing space for clients to enjoy their shootings. Then it became more ambitious and more detailed. In collaboration with a famous design studio in Hokkaido, and a long-established construction company in the Biei-Furano area, we have brought this project to life. It is not just a house to us, but a piece of art, a place to escape from the hustle and bustle.

The wooden cabin is warm in winter and cool in summer, inner space divided into different areas, it’s a comfortable space makes every traveler feel relaxed. 築60年以上たつ古民家を改修した「トマルカフェ鹿追」。 宿泊部屋に続く階段は昔の物をそのまま使用していますので、とっても急だったり、天井が低かったりして上がるのが少し大変です。 ですがそこを上がった先には秘密の屋根裏部屋の様な、可愛いプライベート空間が広がります。 白を基調としたお部屋に、昔の梁が見える今と昔を混ぜ合わせて改修した空間は、なぜか懐かしい感覚にいざなわれます。 公園に囲まれていることもあり、朝夕の野鳥のさえずり、木々の間を抜ける風の音、川の流れなど自然の中に身をひそめることができるのも魅力です。
