The house was beautiful. The pool was nice. The only downside was the house is very close to a very very busy road. It was great that dogs were allowed but would have preferred a fenced in back yard. Jesus and family were extremely nice.

What an amazing stay! La Hacienda is a beautiful retreat for a couples getaway. We celebrated our anniversary here and it was gorgeous, peaceful and perfect. Jessica and Steve were incredible hosts and even suggested a dinner location that we tried that was fantastic! We hope to return!

AMAZING. Great hosts, great place! I stayed here by myself and it was heaven on earth. I am a nature lover and this exceeded my expectations. The house & the property are stunning. The house is a lovely mix of tasteful tropical & Victorian decor. The outside is like being in the garden of Eden. So private & peaceful. I was able to meet manatees my first evening taking the kayak out; they were as interested in me as I was in them and came all around me and the baby came up to say hi. It was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had. It was just me and the manatees not another human in sight. The next morning I paddled out again and saw otters playing. I saw turtles, lizards, many beautiful birds, including green heron, great blue heron, and an owl. Coffee in the morning on the patio & a fire at night under the canopy of trees. Close to so much to do- springs, beach, nature parks, but by far the best was being able to paddle pretty much out the back door. I’m so glad I stayed here!!!

Dana was one of the best hosts that we have had in our sixteen years of going to Florida Jan. and Feb. The rental was also the best that we have ever had. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, very well stocked kitchen. Locking front gate. Very, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very clean house felt like a second home. My dogs loved the fenced yard and Miguel was very attentive to my stay and made me feel very welcome. I’d recommend this stay!!

We enjoyed our second stay at this location. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and located close to shopping and restaurants. Not far from the springs and other activities in the area. We look forward to staying again.

We've never felt as comfortable as we did at David's place. The little house was very clean, and everything you need was there. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet. David is a very friendly person and gave us a warm welcome. Thank you, David. We love the horse Wildfire ❤️ We felt at home and safe there. And we'll be back soon. This is a bautiful home on a nice, quiet street that was close to the business we had to take care of in the area near Ocala. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated the home was. Our host was proactive and welcoming, and kept us totally informed from beginning to end. Had a great stay.
