We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

One of the best views I have ever seen. House is great for a holiday get away. Well stocked with plates and bowls etc. the house has lovely amenities and close to water which is awesome for fishing and supping. Would definitely go back! Lovely trail runs in area too! It’s a lovely home!

The fact that this is our third stay says it all. Thank you for being flexible and for welcoming us back. We had such a lovely break. The water, ducks and swans took us away from city living immediately. We so appreciate our home away from home.

We spent 2 nights over the Easter weekend at Graham's home and it was a beautiful and peaceful weekend away. The check in process was smooth and easy. We arrived to Easter treats, fresh bread, milk, and butter which we really appreciated. On check out day, we were super grateful to Graham voluntarily offering late check out so we could take our time leaving the premises in a stress-free manner. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend getaway.

Awesome house for our multi-family getaway - plenty of space, plenty to keep the kids entertained between pool, some games, lake down the road and space to kick a soccer ball out front. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all we needed. Easy 15min drive to Caves Beach which is an area we love but this house was significantly better value for money and lovely to see Lake Munmorah - run/walk track right at end of the road and a few shops including a cute gift shop and mini-mart / bottlo. Hosts communicated well. A great stay :)

Our holiday at Helen's lakeside property was absolutely fantastic! The location could not have been more perfect, right in front of a serene lake with picture-perfect scenery. The view from the property was breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable stay. The spacious outdoor deck allowed us to fully enjoy the natural beauty around us, whether we were having meals, playing games, or simply soaking in the view. Inside, the house was just as impressive—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that Helen has taken great care in maintaining the property, and it made our family feel right at home. What made this holiday even more special was the fact that it was a multi-generational trip with our children and grandchildren. We had a great time at Adrian and Kristina's place. Kids and adults enjoyed the cycles and suana. Wood fired pizza was also a hit with everyone. Definitely recommend the place.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway! The pictures didn't do the place justice, we had a fantastic time at the house with the large backyard and pool. Alex was a fantastic host who was extremely helpful and responsive even showing us through the house making us feel right at home. Would recommend to others!
