Beautiful place in a nice area. Amazing views from the master bedroom and bathroom, we were lucky to have clear skies. A great place to recharge surrounded by nature and wildlife. And great thanks again for accommodating the horse-riding on such short notice (we didn't know it was possible!). Kids loved it so much, best Christmas gift!

Have stayed at this place 4 times now and find it a great place to stay in a fantastic location.

Jennifer's place was an excellent location with exceptional views and a wonderful spa bath that was exactly what we needed after climbing Mt Kosciosko. Plenty of storage, excellent kitchen facilities, and quick responsive host. Great place to stay if you're wanting to use it as a base for exploring the area.

We had a fantastic stay in Crackenback at the cottage - the kitchen had everything we needed and lots of space for the whole family. The outlook over the fields was amazing with horses, kangaroos and deer to keep us all entertained. The location was great to explore the surrounding area and we especially enjoyed the Wild Brumby distillery just a few minutes away. The only downside was the proximity of the separate studio which meant we could hear everything from the family of 3 staying there with two very large dogs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ali Oop! The location is absolutely amazing—just a short walk to Lake Jindabyne, which made our trip even more special. The place had everything we could have asked for and was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the kitchen and bathroom. We also got to try out the hot tub, and it was incredibly relaxing after a day out.

Well appointed, toasty warm and beautifully styled. Great to be able to bring our dog but surrounds not fenced so not quite as relaxing as it could have been. Delish dinner and granola, thanks Warren. Snow on our last day was magical. Thanks for a memorable stay.

The perfect house for our large group of 15 people with dogs in tow. We made good use of the new BBQ and fire pit to enjoy the great views from the garden. Would come again, 5 stars.

Olivier always responds quickly to our questions. Easy communication. He gave a quick instructions on how to use the cabin when we arrived so a recommendation is to update your ETA with him. Though the place does not have aircon or heater, the cabin is hydronically heated and keeps the room temp warm even in cold winter. No need to worry about feeling cold indoor at all. The cabin is well-designed to be environmental friendly. We are glad to stay at a place like this. Highly recommended!!! The cabin is 20mins away from Jindabyne and about 40mins to the Perisher Valley. You can stop by Jindabyne for food/supplies, and all ski related rental stuff.

We loved staying at the farm and for sure will come back again. The owners were super lovely and helpful. The cabin was lovely to be in, the view was beautiful. Thank you Brendan and Hayley.

Great place to stay, very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen with everything you can imagine. Very warm with great open fire and slow combustion heater. Heaps of games , pool table converts to table tennis table and darts board. Very convenient to both Perisher valley via ski tube, and thredbo for great father/son ski weekend.

My partner and I had a lovely couple of days staying at Bimblegumbie — it truly felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect place for some much needed R&R. We loved the eclectic charm of the place, especially the sculptures and beautiful bonsais scattered throughout the property. It was such a bonus to be able to bring our dogs, who thoroughly enjoyed exploring the grounds and going for walks around Jindabyne. The location is great — close to some lovely restaurants and just a short drive to both Jindy and Thredbo. The penthouse had everything we needed. It was warm and cozy. Pru was a delight.

We wanted a retro Xmas and birthday celebration and this was the perfect setting. Lovely big table in the kitchen, another on the shady veranda and areas to spread out and play a boardgame by the lake. We could easily cook up a few feasts in the well supplied kitchen and enjoyed reminiscing surrounded by some traditional country furniture and old books. We enjoyed a bit of spotlighting under the amazing starry sky in the woodland and birdwatching with an early morning coffee under the beautiful old trees of the farmhouse. The flies that joined us inside might have reminded us of the rural setting, but we had a very comfortable stay with all our needs provided for, and we went home rested and happy. Thank you Paul.

Super nice views of the lake, only 7-8 mins into the nearest town and close to Selwyn snowfields (which is why I chose to stay here). Careful driving in/out early/late at night, LOTS of animals on the roads (cool for my passengers!). Was provided a free loaf of super nice sourdough bread upon arrival (which I enjoyed!) The house was warm, and the host offered to restock the wood fire each day (it was winter) and it was lovely coming back to a super warm/toasty place. Beds were comfortable, although one of the 'rooms' is just a corner with a curtain so not super private but for a family it's fine. Host was super responsive and helpful. No wifi, which is described in the listing - but I had 0 Vodafone reception (Telstra was OK) so if this is important to you you should consider this. This did give my kids a chance to experience using a DVD player for the first time in their life! haha (great choice of movies). Would stay here again.

The house has been renovated in a thoughtful and practical way, with an easy flow to the kitchen, sunroom, dining and lounge area. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. As a finnicky sleeper, my wife was very comfortable with the bed matress, sheets and doona - a perfect arrangement for the autumn weather during our stay. The kitchen is well appointed, and all appliances are modern and well looked after. Our cooking efforts and dinner party with friends was enjoyed by all. However, we did manage to trip the oven circuit breaker (luckily after main course was prepared), and one of our party did find the circuit breaker the next morning. There was plenty of hot water from the large tank, and the rain-water shower head arrangement is great for taller guests. Connection to a stable wifi and internet was appreciated. There is plenty of parking in the backyard or in front of the house, so everyone found access very convenient and easy. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend destination.

We had a wonderful visit to Lake Crackenback. The accommodation was clean and exactly as expected.

Great value for a fantastic location with a beautiful view. Our host was quick to respond and very friendly and helpful, and the house was just as pictured. The kids loved the pool and the fire was cosy in the evening.

The Retreat occupies part of a building which includes a few other accommodations, although it has its own access and garage, so feels relatively private. Good quality accommodation in a nice location.
