My guys used this place as a base camp for some work in the nearby state forest. They really enjoyed their stay and the quiet, laid back atmosphere. Alexeis was very responsive and easy to work with. We weren't sure on our final day of work and she was flexible in allowing us to stay longer if needed. Overall great experience.

Place was very relaxing and comfortable. I really recommend it. Charisse was very helpful and pleasant.

From the time I booked until check-out, the host was very helpful. My family and I drove from NC and arrived much earlier than anticipated and the host was very understanding and helpful. She allowed an earlier check in that worked perfectly for us. The house was very clean and clutter free and I would highly recommend 5/5

What a place, what a host! Beautiful home, well equipped kitchen, tons of games for the family, great outdoor spaces. Paris was very attentive and responsive. The location is amazing!

The sunrises were absolutely gorgeous. The home is quiet, comfortable and the windows facing the lake are great. The host is communicative and kind. We enjoyed the lake from the home and in our boat. The house is close to few good restaurants and Sebring is just minutes away. We enjoyed our stay.

Lance's home is Amazing! It is so well stocked with everything you need all you have to bring is your toothbrush and clothes. You feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. There is so much to do that you dont even need to leave the house. So peaceful and serene. You couldn't ask for a better place to have a weekend getaway and we cant wait to go back and stay but hopefully longer next time. Lance responded quickly to any question that we had. This place is wonderful for any family stay.

This is a very beautiful home. The pool was amazing, my family really enjoyed it. The house had everything that you couldpossibly need. Carlos was a great host. He communicated a timely. This house was perfect for my guests and I. We will definitely be booking this location in the future.

The home was amazing. It has a beautiful view of the lake and offered perfect sunrises. We enjoyed coffee on the open, spacious back porch. The bar top and tv added to the fun while enjoying the pool. The kids were thankful for the firepit to enjoy the lake at night. The house was spacious and the living room couch was too comfortable. The layout makes it easy to have fun with your family while taking in the views of the lake. It was a perfect landing spot while visiting family. We would most definitely choose this house again when in the area.

Lot 377 was perfect location short walk to pool showers tennis court and shuffle board! Privately landscaped with all the whistles from fire pit to comfortable outdoor seating to hammock our grandson didn’t want to get out of. The lighting at night was a bonus as well. Will definitely stay at this lot again in the future!

Candy and I enjoyed an awesome Sebring vacation thanks in large part to our stay in Alice’s villa. The location is great … shopping, golf, and really good restaurants are near-by. The villa was neat and well laid out and that makes for an efficient and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and lounging the around pool…. This was our second stay here and we are very much looking forward to our third !!!

What a beautiful lake house, with great pool for our grandkids. We stayed for the Easter weekend, had tea at Purple Iris and a lunch at Sophie’s Cafe on the Sebring Circle, also good shopping there and downtown Lake Placid. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating, we will definitely stay here again!!

Peaceful neighborhood, our dogs enjoyed the backyard, would definitely stay again! Very good location!

If you are looking for a spacious home on the water, private but not secluded, this home is hard to beat. While it may seem out of the way, there are several good restaurants, popular grocery stores, golf courses, and other conveniences all within 15 minutes away—lots of room for everyone, and plenty of amenities. My only disappointment would be not booking soon enough to go back next year.

This is my second time staying here. Will definitely be back again. Micheal is a great host and responded back very quickly when I reached out. Was great to sit in the frontroom and be able to look out the window and see the water out back. Definitely worth the price.

Karla's house is on beautiful fresh water pond. We rented the house for a Thanksgiving family reunion. The house easily fit 14 of us. We came from 4 different parts of the country. The house is large and comfortable. The kitchen was excellent and cooked meals for all of each day we were there. The weather was perfect and we spent lots of time on the porch in the back which overlooks the pond. There were four different BBQ grills and plenty of cooking utensils. Down on the pond there were kayaks and beach chairs, as well as some fishing gear. We loved the house a d would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Karla, you are a great host.

We stay here every winter and we’ve never had a complaint. It has everything we need and plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be back again next year.

Our family is very familiar with Lake June as we have several friends who own properties on this lake. However, this is the first time we've rented a home for our family to stay for an extended time. We enjoyed it so much, we had a ton of fun engaging in activities on the lake and within the home. The home is well equipped for large gatherings, with plenty of room and stocked with the necessary tools for hosting. The pool table and poker table were used every day by our family! We highly recommend staying in this wonderful home for a serene, yet fun retreat.

This was my second time staying at this incredible cabin and I was so happy to return. This property is in a gorgeous part of remote South Florida which is exactly what I was looking for - peace, quiet, and a place to unplug. It is best to be prepared with everything you will need for cooking as there isn't a store super close by. The master bedroom is a dream with vaulted ceiling, comfy bed and really cool cypress knob furniture. We walked on the state land behind the property which was really beautiful and there is a really cool trail about 15 minutes away with some incredible woods. If you are looking to escape to a cabin with the comfort of AC, hot showers, a full kitchen, wifi etc this is the place. Thanks Jim for sharing your slice of paradise!

Great place! Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful. Loved drinking my coffee on the back patio watching and listening to the birds! Very tidy & clean as well! We will definitely check this place for availability our next trip to Florida!
