Features include firepit, outdoor bar, boat access, boat dock, fishing dock and fenced in backyard. Mount Dora, a top Florida tourist town is 7 miles away with many events, shops and restaurants. Disney/Universal are an hour away, and The Villages are 25 minutes away!
