It was clean and a cozy place to stay in, its a pool front unit as well. Host was very accommodating and responsive despite the short notice booking. Will surely recommend this place :)

We had a great stay. Location is ideal. The rooms are spacious and matched the listing. The reserved parking detail is not available upon check in and had to wait, but not for long. Overall, we had a nice experience and will come back for future stay!

Williams place was excellent and was what we expected per the AirBnB post. This location is fantastic and would be hard to pass up. You will not find a better location for ease of access to the Venice Grand Canal mall.

We had such a great time staying here for our family staycation! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Joyce and Mae was really helpful and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. Definitely recommend it if you're looking to unwind and spend quality time with loved ones.

Hosts is proactive and very responsive to queries. The Place is clean and has easy access to establishment. Hope to return soon.

Patrick was very responsive from inquiring up to our checkout. The place was a gem and good for gatherings. i brought all my cousins with me and they really enjoyed the place. The spaces were really maximized. The bedrooms are okay with good airconditioning and ventilation. we can sleep comfortably but would need to compromise on the space/who would be be on the floor/loft.Amenities are cool so it was not boring at all.kuya rolly was helpful also. note for other visitors:the parking space for 2 cars is a little cramped-although there are parking spaces outside,the garage inside is just ok for small cars overall we would stay again since the host made our stay stay smooth for us and the location was convenient and enjoyable

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

My family and I love the place. There are lots of spaces, the rooms are big enough for our 15 family members. We celebrated Christmas in this house and even had a few guests who stayed with us for the dinner. My most favorite corners are the 2 dining tables which are beside huge, glass windows overlooking the Taal Lake. It was foggy and drizzling but the view for me was still perfect. Thanks to Jay R who was very responsive and for allowing us to chek out at 3pm. Thanks also to Rek who was very helpful with our small requests. There was a hitch however, the housekeeper went inside and outside the property at any given time. She was very unlikeable. I’ll write the details in my private message for you. I just hope that she changes her attitude for the sake of making memorable moments in this beautiful place. Thank you very much!

We had fun celebrating my nephews 8th birthday party, there is a mishap with refrigerator but the caretaker quickly resolve it. That is why i still rate it a 5star.

Had a great time staying in this unit. It has lived up to its name - The Cozy Home; really cozy and homey indeed. It has all the amenities we asked for. The place was also peaceful and quiet, conducive for relaxing and family time.

The host is very friendly, responsive and professional. The room is very clean. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in Makati since eveything you need is already in the vicinity. We enjoy our night and if there is a chance in the future then I will book this place again.

Very nice cozy retreat with smart amenities. Smart lock, smart projector, smart toilet were very nice touches. Very near places to buy stuff and eat. Minutes away from scenic Tagaytay. Best of all were the responsive hosts. We hope to book again soon.

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊

Goran’s hospitality is unmatched. Goran made sure we were sufficiently informed about the room, condo amenities, and processes. The whole time, from booking to checking out was just a breeze. The place comes with complete functionality. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and additional appliances. We had no problem with the AC for the duration of our stay. No shortage of entertainment -- Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, Nintendo Switch, and more. The unit was perfectly cozy. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. The sofa was plush. They have a premium shower with several features. The lighting in the unit just expresses elegance. You could really tell the place was designed with thoughtful detail in mind, focusing on all fronts of comfort, style, and functionality. I would definitely book this place again.

We had a great time staying at Kristoffe's place. We picked the right building and the right location - it was walking distance to everything we needed. Food was all around us - Landers is next door and the Japanese mall across the road was perfect for another grocery store, and an awesome food court - clean and great food if you like anything Japanese. Easy to get Grab and if you can't be bothered to go further out - shopping is next door at the Uptown mall and with plenty of great restaurants to choose from.
