I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

Spent 6 nights. Made nearly all our meals there since fresh produce and other groceries are minutes away. Place 'feels' larger than it is; very comfy. Khallel is such good communicator! Great lil home away from home.

My girl friend and I had a wonderful stay. Kim was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The unit was as shown in the images, a lovely view, spaciousness, clean with the basic necessities and most of all it was very homey. Everything Perfect💯💯💯

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

We had a wonderful time staying at Marc's place. Marc have been a great host and answered all our inquiries during our stay in his home. It's really an unforgettable experience. Your place keeps us away from the traffic of the city and at the same time keeps us near the great and wonderful establishments in its surrounding areas (which were just a couple of minutes away from where Marc's place is, like the SM Aura, Market Market, The High Street and more). Your place have been a second home for us while in BGC. You helped us complete our itinerary. Again, thank you for the wonderful experience.

The place was clean. Loved the convertible sofa and the large TV with Govee TV backlight. Close to Makati CBD and have lots of great restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth with the keypad lock. Jeff was very responsive as well when the keypad lock ran out of batteries and promptly replaced it. Will stay here again!

Great location. Mall connected to property. Great security. MRT EDSA BONI line and 2 minute walk out the front door. Close to SM MEGA Mall only 1 stop away on the MRT for 13 pesos. Another STAT Mall across from the HUGE SM Mega mall. 2 large pools. Short ride to BGC or MAKATI using Grab for between 175 and 240 pesos, or you can take the MRT to the Buendia or Ayaka stop and walk 30 minutes to BGC. I would rent again.

Mark was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place was a great place to stop for a 2 nights.

Booked this unit for my mom. She said it was nice and clean. It’s also convenient since there is a connecting bridge from the condo building to the mall. The host was also nice and responsive and my mom didn’t have any trouble checking in as well. Overall, they had a pleasant stay and enjoyed their time in McKinley.

The room was an exact match of the photos in the listing. It was small, perfect for 2 people. The room was clean and smelled so good. The host was also responsive to our queries. Thank you Sir Jasper for accommodating us!

I will come back because this feels like my second home. The place is very beautiful, it feels like a home in a different country. I like the nature around it. The place is very peaceful, so peaceful that you can always hear the birds singing. Kuya Bhoy is perfect, always very proactive to what we need. Hershey and her team and Kuya Bhoy made us feel like it is our home. So I am coming back with my family and friends ans may furbabies so we can relax again on my birthday. GrabFood is very easy. The way up the mansion has a stunning city view which we really loved on our way there. Tips also: Use ps4 to watch Netflix in the barkada room. Go to the rooftop at 5pm onwards to enjoy the sunset-golden hour pictures. Living room 1 is at its best IG picture during the morning. Pool at night is IG worthy at night because of the lights and the fountain. Kitchen and dining has complete amenities. Very fresh even it if it is summer, Highly recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

Had a great stay! Kuya Boy and the caretaker were very welcoming. Had no complaints during our stay. One gripe though, merong naka frame na instructions na may "snacks" sa pantry pero wala kami nakita hahaha 😂 Will book here again if ever we end up spending our vacation around EK and Splash.
