I felt homey the moment I entered the unit. It smells good too. What I really loved is you can sight see the city lights and the view of the sky you can see through the window, It was so amazing. The only slight problem I had was its distance to MOA (not walkable), but overall, the unit was good and I will definitely book next time.

I loved the beach vibes theme of our unit (0445) spotless clean and homey and super bango. I loved the pool view it distresses me. Our Host is accommodating she's just a text away. I had a wonderful 5D stay coz the wifi was fast I don't have a problem talking to my clients while doing business online. And food was everywhere it was just a walking distance outside the exit door. U have so many choices from beryani, lechon kawali to tusok2 food. Actually shore 2 tower 2 is my fave place when I am in Manila. Near MOA and Double Dragon where I can eat my spicy malatang and have a quick visit to my husband's office. I loved to booked 0445 again in the near future.

I had a great stay at John’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth. John was a responsive and friendly host, always ready to help with any questions. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made the stay extra comfortable. We had a fantastic time at this property! The highlight for us was the breathtaking view of Taal Volcano right from the balcony – absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The mini park on the property was such a nice touch, offering a perfect space to run, picnic, or simply take a relaxing walk. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful and serene, making it a great spot to unwind. Additionally, the location is so convenient! It's within walking distance to Starbucks Hiraya, Balay Dako, and other great places to check out. We loved being able to explore nearby spots without needing to drive. Overall, a wonderful stay with great amenities and an unbeatable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

It's quite far and secluded but not difficult to find. They were helpful and accommodating to us. Daniella was very responsive and his Dad welcomed us, plus the caretaker Jason procured and cooked fresh, grilled tilapia for us for Good Friday. The lakehouse is awesome and the high-ceiling living room gave us an amazing view of Lake Lumot, both upstairs and downstairs. There's sitting places everywhere outside the house and we enjoyed hanging out on the bamboo raft floating about 15 meters out onto the lake. You can watch the sunrise, the birds roaming about & the moon out there. It's fresh air & tall trees all around - if that's your vibe, because it's pretty much a private sanctuary without TV & other entertainment. Good for a retreat, a simple getaway or maybe just to rest and relax. There's private parking, then a 2-minute (kinda wooded) trail going down to the lakehouse. Use sturdy shoes. I don't advise going there during the rainy days. Sure we loved the place, just bring food.

The place is absolutely beautiful—even though the house is a bit old, it really keeps that peaceful countryside vibe. It’s incredibly quiet and relaxing; all you can hear are the sounds of birds and rustling leaves. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cooking materials and utensils. The rooms are spacious, and so are the dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms—all the facilities are functional. There’s access to the lake, and we really enjoyed hanging out on the raft. The backyard is stunning—perfect for outdoor meals, surrounded by trees and plants, with super fresh air. The owner and caretakers were very accommodating. Our 3-day stay wasn’t enough. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others.

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

This lakehouse is beautiful. The house has everything you can possibly need and has very thoughtful details. It also offers so many activities for guests and we really had fun mostly on the basketball and volleyball court, ATV ride, flying kites, and swimming pool. Their staff are all very nice people and attentive. All in all, the family was able to relax in this beautiful home. We still want to book this place in the future and we will refer to other friends.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and cozy, and the owner, Huge, was incredibly communicative and helpful. The transaction was smooth, easy, and fast, and the check-in process was seamless. For the price, it’s an absolute steal—it felt like it was worth much more. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Casita Real was the perfect getaway for the Holy Week. The house had a great layout and very airy, great for summer weather. You can find everything you need with their well stocked kitchen, from complete utensils and kitchen appliances. We had a great view of the beach, and its sounds will actually lull you to peace. The swing set with beach view is a fave spot! Ate Juvycel was very helpful and attentive to all our needs and even provided suggestions on where we could buy seafood and ice. Byron was also very nice and accommodating to all our questions.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff is kind and very accomodating. The place is clean and big. It's quiet and it's nice to relax. The room is big and there are many beds. It's really nice in their place, it's cold especially at night. Malakas ang starlink 😊Thank you for welcoming us.

I enjoyed a month at this place. I slept well. For me, sleep is the most important value provided by an accommodation because I'm sensitive to night time sounds. Passing motorcycles or ambulances can be heard, but only moderately, so I still felt well-rested most mornings. For a place in the center of Manila it is probably quieter than average. So If you're looking for good rest in Manila I recommend it. All other aspects of the place were fabulous, and accurately described in the listing.

Marie's condo was tidy and very comfortable for our family. We were nearby to a lively neighbourhood with many convenient amenities and it was generally easy to visit the locations we were interested in. Marie was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The in-unit washer/dryer was so useful, and the view was pretty cool! Thank you Marie!

I am thankful to Sir Rian for many reasons. He was very responsive and his place even had some toiletries for us. I also enjoyed the pool view, very relaxing. I was able to also cook for my husband because everything is complete. Location-wise, we liked it. Everything is perfectly working. I was also able to wash our clothes hence, saved for laundry costs. I also accidentally broke a treasured bowl from his mother yet they considered. I am sorry for that and grateful as well for their understanding. Overall, it was a great place to stay in. I highly recommend. We plan to rebook at Sir Rian’s place whenever we visit Manila. We are very satisfied. Thank you and God bless.

Great stay! Next to mall, restaurants and parks so in a very walkable area. Small but didnt feel too small due to the layout - very convenient apartment. A bit wear and tear on a few shelves but nothing that bothered us. First time in Manila but we felt very safe even in the nearby low lit streets at night.

My family enjoyed their stay esp the little one. The host has also been very helpful on the last minute request on change of guests. They also replied immediately even in the wee hrs of the night. My apologies for that. Just expect busy queue in the lobby/reception area during peak days. Overall, my family had fun! Till next time :)
