Great and peaceful place

Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

Place is the perfect size for a bigger group with a good amount of beds and the big living room couch. The private pool was a nice addition as well and a huge backyard. Good walking distance to the beach.

Nice and clean property! We really enjoyed walking to the private beach and swimming pool. Enough bedrooms for our family member of 10 ppl (kids loved the bunk beds). Thank you so much:)

I absolutely loved this house! Meredith went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her recommendations were great, we followed those the whole trip and they did not steer us wrong. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Amazing place and perfect for any type of getaway. Very close to beaches and multiple walkable restaurants. Her place is perfect for a big group and comfortably sleeps everyone. Great spacious patio to sit out on during the day and enjoy the sun. I would recommend to anybody looking to visit Panama City Beach.

If you’re looking to book Korin’s place, do it!!!! I went back and forth on a few different Airbnb’s for a trip home to Florida to visit my mom. Korin and her team have created such a beautiful home! Easy to find, big beautiful interior that looks exactly like the pictures. A large background with a fire pit, pool, lounge chairs. My fur babies ran and played all over (also super appreciated that the yard was clean of dog poop - the Airbnb also had doggy bags to use!). About a 10 minute walk to beach access from the house, a coffee shop within walking distance and a gas station at the end of the road. I couldn’t speak better things about this place, location, team! They also tried to send a gift through Door Dash I believe but the store wasn’t able to fulfill, that was so thoughtful! The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard was peaceful, and the weather was perfect. Thank you for an amazing trip home! 💞

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

Stay was great, no issues, would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed staying at Pam's place. Regency Towers was very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of other spring breakers. We purposely stayed at this end of Thomas Drive because I knew that we would not encounter any of the "wild" spring breakers that typically come to PCB this time of year and would have access to great restaurants. We also chose this unit because I knew that the balcony faced the sunset, which we immensely enjoyed every evening from the comfort of the patio. The property is gated by super-friendly staff and felt very safe. Unfortunately, there were double red flags daily (typical for this time of year), so we could not go in the ocean. However, we enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, ample pool chairs with included umbrellas, and the beach chairs and umbrellas down at the beach. Pam's place is very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Also, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, which I really loved!

5-star rating. Great location. Clean. Host provided great instructions. Access was easy. Only two observations of note: 1. TV in downstairs bedroom did not have a remote. 2. All three ceiling fans are on the same frequency channel so when each guest is using the remote for the respective fan, they conflict with each other. I suggest that the fans be programmed on different frequency channels.

This place was a last minute choice after spending days looking for a place I stumbled across this amazing place. Maria was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She provided accurate information about the location and other things. Maria's place is wonderful. The view from the living room towards the lake/pond behind the property is awesome, especially on early foggy mornings. The location is perfect as we were only 5 min walk (across the street) from the beach. You can walk along the scenic 98 up and down the beach. We had breakfast at Whales Tail just across the street, the view was great, the food just so so. There are so many restaurants and things to do near the property. It's also a very secure area as it is located within a gated property with secure guards. We definitely have added this to our favorites list and hope to return again as soon as we can. We stayed at the Miramar Beach Jewel for a bachelor/bachelorette getaway. There were 16 of us, and the house fit us very comfortably. The house was beautiful and very clean, the pool (which we had heated) was perfect, and the amenities in the house were great (stocked kitchen). The hosts were responsive and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

Wonderful host, everything was described. Plenty of towels and wash rags in every bathroom and towels for the pool too was very convenient for my large group. We had an issue with the hot tub (at no fault to the hosts- the kids left the cover off over night causing it to cool all the way off) but when I reached out to them they had someone there so fast like within 20 mins or so. Would recommend them 1000%.
