El departamento estaba increíble y en un lugar cercano a todas las atracciones principales. En las noches un poco ruidoso por la calle pero nada que no deje dormir. Alessia y Andrea siempre amables y atentos. Nos dieron muchas recomendaciones de donde y qué comer. Excelente lugar para quedarse en Roma

Tout a été parfait, appartement plein de poésie et de sens de l'accueil. Esthétique, bon placement vis à vis du métro, des bus et des taxis, confort, astuce, facilité de vie... Que demandez d'autre ?

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Valentina war immer sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt, meiner Meinung nach, in einer der schönsten Gegenden in Rom. Die Wohnung ist 1 min von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Gegend und viel zu entdecken in diesem historischen Viertel. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Alessandro is a great host! The location is easy to access the lake and region.

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Anna Maria and Nadia were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. Close to the train station and restaurants.

AMAZING STAY! First of all the hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind and accommodating. Now the place? Ugh! Even better than pictures! Beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated! 🫶🏽 We loved the neighborhood and also that the metro was just a few blocks away. We definitely recommend this place!

Massimiliano and his father were great hosts, taking good care of us upon arrival and departure. The unit was spacious and quiet with greenery. There’s a great pizza place nearby that we repeated. All in all, it was a great stay.

Die Lage ist auch ideal für Ausflüge nach Rom, das nur etwa 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

We enjoyed staying at Marco’s place, it was really spacious and so we felt comfortable cooking there and spending time resting and chilling. The location is also close to the main train station and the main city area of Rome so it is very convenient. We managed to find food places near the area and Marco recommended some places that we thought were superb. Wonderful stay!

Der Aufenthalt war von Beginn bis Ende super. Es hat uns ein Willkommenskorb mit Essen und kalten Getränken im Kühlschrank erwartet. Carlo war gleichzeitig sehr bemüht um seine Gäste und auch wieder unscheinbar während des Aufenthaltes. Aber eben immer bei Fragen mit schnellen Antworten da. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern) super. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir konnten alles mit Bussen erreichen, da verschiedene Buslinien in der Nähe sind. Auch zu Fuß konnte man viel erleben. Die Versorgung ist mit Supermarkt und Apotheke um Haus perfekt.

Our stay at Carmen’s place in Rome was fantastic! She communicated with us clearly and thoroughly before our arrival, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was excellent — a great location, well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine, washer, and a spacious bathroom. Carmen’s attention to detail and care really showed, and we’re so grateful for her effort. We would gladly stay here again!

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

Robertos Airbnb was just as pictured and described! He was very responsive and gave perfectly clear instructions on how to find the home and check in that really helped. We needed a place to stay for our final two days in Italy and his home was a very short walk from Romes Termini station which was just what we were looking for. It felt safe to walk around at night and we not only had the central market to eat at, there were also local spots we checked out that were great (Trattoria Cecio, a 5 minute walk from the home, was one of our favorite restaurants the entire trip!). If you need a spot right next to the train station I highly recommend Roberto’s Airbnb! (Do be advised: As of April 14th, 2025 some apartment close by was having construction done that was quite loud and starts right at 9 am)

We had a great experience staying at Federico and Gabriel's apartment The location is perfect - ten minutes from the Colosseum but out of the heavy tourist areas. We found excellent restaurants within a block of the apartment. Check-in was easy and Frederico wrote to us before and after check-in to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment had comfortable beds and was a nice place to relax when we were not exploring Rome.

It was a pleasure staying at Paolo's place. Paolo communicated very well and offered suggestions where to eat etc. The place is clean, in a quiet area yet very close to shops and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.
