We really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described on the ad, and had everything we needed for a comfortable 12 day stay. With the pool just a few steps outside of our patio door, my young daughter was in her glory being able to wake up and go straight in! The beach was a 15 minute walk, and there were many restaurants and other amenities close by! We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Versalles. Right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Manuel was responsive and helpful!

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Thank you so much!

Excelente lugar, tal como lo describe, bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Dan respuesta a todas mis dudas super rápido. Las albercas muy limpias. La seguridad muy buena, es una zona muy tranquila, Buena ubicación y a unos cuantos metros de la playa. También una tienda de abarrotes cruzando la calle. En conclusión nos la pasamos super bien mi esposa y mis dos hijas adolescentes. Altamente recomendable el lugar. Muchas gracias por todo.

Apartment was much bigger than the pictures made it look. Nice rooftop view. Great communication and very helpful.

La zona es tranquila, habia un sitio de taxis cerca, también usamos uber; plaza galarias y Walmart están muy cerca fuimos caminando. El departamento era exactamente como lo describe la publicación. Alex siempre atento a nuestras dudas. Recomendado!!

Le logement offre une belle intimité en ayant la cours intérieur. Une belle espace pour profiter du Rbnb. San pancho est vivante tout en étant calme et chaleureuse. Nous avons fait des belles rencontres , passer du bon temps à la plage et toujours très bien manger. Le Rbnb as tout ce qu’il faut pour allez à la plage.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay in Hector's unit in the Los Amores complex. It was great to have laundry facilities and a functioning kitchen. No complaints. Very clean. The pool in the complex is very nice and it's only about a 10 minute walk to get into the main downtown of Bucerias. Also, a great bakery really close.

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

la casa esta en una excelente ubicacion, hay muchas cosas cerca. Esta tal cual la imagen, y sobre todo su hospitalidad y amabilidad con la que fuimos atendidos. Indudablemente volveria a reservar con ellos.

We really liked this spot. The house was perfectly laid out for a family with two kids. The pool was great to cool off during the hot part of the day. Easy walk to town. Owners of the house upstairs were really nice and you really couldn't tell they were there. Definitely recommend this place.

I had an incredible stay at Steven’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was what stood out the most—perfectly situated in Puerto Vallarta, close to the mall, restaurants, and shopping, making it super convenient to explore the area. Steven was an amazing host, always quick to respond and thoughtful in his hospitality. A unique highlight was the downstairs area, which had a different theme each night, including live bands and a fun pizza night that made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. Thank you, Steven, for a wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Great place!! Roberto was excellent. Easy check in and out. We walked everywhere … Marina to Melicon and everywhere in between. Coffee shops, grocery store, restaurants, tourist shops are all close by. Beach is a 5 min walk and we enjoyed the beach that was close but also walked in both directions to other beaches. Air conditioning was great. Kitchen was great. Loved having 2 bathrooms with 2 young adult children with us. And they loved having their own rooms. Pool was great for relaxing. Iguana wandered in and out of the yard. That was so neat. Star fruit tree in the yard and the fruit was delish. Overall great spot!!

Excelente condominio, todo muy limpio y ordenado, estuvimos en comunicación constante en nuestra llegada. así como se ve la publicación está el condominio. lo recomiendo ampliamente.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

We have stayed in Airbnb's all over the world and Gabriel's place is right at the top of the list. You will not be disappointed with a stay here. Cleanliness was top notch. We normally spend the first hour or two after checking into an Airbnb doing our own cleaning. This was one of the only times we took a look around and realized that we couldn't possibly make it any cleaner. The photos are accurate, no question about it. If anything they don't do it justice. The view is beyond words. An hour spent looking out over the ocean and you will feel relaxed. I doubt there is a nicer view anywhere in PV. Lastly, we really appreciated that the furnishings are geared towards actually enjoying the space. Not something that looks great in a photo but has no possible functional use. Comfy couches and chairs. Plenty of different spaces all over the condo for visiting or relaxing. Oh, and the beds were terrific! Just the right balance of soft and supportive. Roberto’s condo at Harbor 171 is clean, spacious, good location, and has fantastic views and pools! You can’t beat the views of whales in the bay and falling to sleep on the 17th floor of this condo. The condo has everything you need to prepare a meal , great a/c, and the several pools and hot tubs are amazing. Getting to the malecón or old pv is a quick 100-120 peso ride. I often walked in the morning to town in 25 minutes. The building is secure and lots of attendants to assist you with getting in and out of the beach gate. The beach is along the pools and it’s great to soak in a pool and watch all the excitement going on out on the beach. The only con would be the condo is listed as 2 beds yet the pull out trundle style couch is not truly a bed especially if you are over 5 feet tall.

This condo is starting to show its age, but the location and space trump everything. The view is wonderful. Being able to slip through the hedge to Vidanta is a big plus for kids and adults - then you can slip back into this peaceful, comfortable and spacious unit. We enjoyed every minute here.
