Great location, close to the beach and quiet. The house is spacious, super bright and clean. The rooms are all comfortable with windows. Everything is modern and neat!

A fantastic villa with everything you could imagine! Really impressed by how clean and tidy it was on arrival and the friendly and helpful communication with the host.

You could not ask for a more proactive, genial, amenable host. We were a party of eight and never at any time did it feel crowded. All of the facilities were immaculately clean. Overall, this was an 11 out of 10 place. We will be back.

Moin, wenn ich keine grausame Hotelburg will bin ich hier genau richtig. Super Lage, Haus größer als die Bilder. Wir Kochen gerne, die Küche funktioniert super. Einmal Einkaufen und 1-2 Wochen das Haus genießen. Danke Sunny

La casa ha sicuramente dei punti di forza che la rendono una buona scelta per chi cerca privacy e relax. Gli spazi esterni sono ampi e ben curati, ideali per godersi il clima e la tranquillità della zona. L’isolamento e la posizione offrono un senso di pace totale, dando l’impressione di essere lontani dal caos, immersi in un’atmosfera silenziosa. Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole. Non c’è un parcheggio nei pressi della casa, il che risulta scomodo. I bagni, anche se due (ma di fatto utilizzabili come se ce ne fosse solo uno), sono piuttosto essenziali e mancano di tende alle porte che garantiscano un po’ di privacy. L’assenza di riscaldamento si fa sentire nelle serate più fresche, mentre la cucina, seppur funzionale, è piuttosto minimale e potrebbe essere meglio attrezzata. Inoltre, manca una vera zona living interna, uno spazio comune dove potersi riunire al chiuso, senza dover sempre stare all’esterno.

It was great to be back in John’s villa. It never disappoints. Perfect location, convenient to everything and really peaceful. Easy access and really safe and secure. Great complex and lovely pool. John was really accommodating with a late check out for us which we really appreciated. Can’t wait to get back again.

Veldig fin plass, litt vanskelig å finne frem til pga, adressen oppgitt på Airbnb var ikke helt lik den faktiske adressen til villaen. Utenom det var alt perfekt

Petra's delightful home was perfect for our three generation holiday.-very well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, huge wardrobes with plentiful hangers, full sized cot, 2 high chairs, plenty bathrooms. The garden was huge -lots of seating areas and the pool was lovely and warm. It is as green as the photographs, full of birdsong, completely enclosed and private so very safe for kids. The house is only a few minutes drive from all facilities. The Rosa Center at Playa Paraiso has free parking, supermarket, shops & restaurants, play facilities for kids and good coffee. The beach at Callao Salvaje is even closer with umbrellas, restaurant, bar and part time lifeguard. Again free parking and good shopping nearby. Petra met us on arrival to show us round and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed-even from her hospital bed following an accident! The checkout was a helpful midday, with her niece arriving to collect the keys. A most relaxing, happy holiday.

Lovely villa. Very clean with plenty of space for our family. Daria responded well to a couple of issues we had and overall we were pleased with everything. Would have liked the water to be be hot enough for showers for 10 of us. No back up if the solar panels have a rainy day! Apart from that all was well.

Mogę naprawdę polecić to miejsce. Dom jest nowy, czysty, z wszystkimi niezbędnymi sprzętami. Gospodarz jest miły, komunikatywny i chętny do pomocy. Basen jest czysty, woda podgrzewana chociaż wciąż lekko chłodna o tej porze roku. Dom jest zlokalizowany w odległości krótkiego spaceru od restauracji i sklepów. Jedynym minusem były budowy obok domu. Ale nie przeszkadzało nam to wielce. Mogę wszystkim polecić to miejsce.

We had a fabulous relaxing week in the villa, despite a few windy and rainy days. The place was in a stunning location in a private road, views across the sea at sunset were fabulous. Lots of different outdoor space areas, plenty of outdoor tables, chairs and loungers. Walking distance to los Gigantes. Inside was very spacious with everything you could possibly want including a fully stocked spice cupboard. Andrea was very responsive and facilitated all our requests quickly.

Muchas gracias por el trato recibido. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La casa es perfecta para un grupo grande, tiene todos los servicios y los vecinos han sido super agradables. Un especial agradecimiento a Radostina, quien amablemente se puso en contacto con nosotros de inmediato para avisar de algunas cosas que nos habiamos dejado en la casa. Entre ellas una cartera, airpods, chaqueta y camisa… Nos lo preparó todo y lo envió por correo. Mil gracias! Si volvemos a la isla, seguro que será a esta magnifica villa 😁

We loved staying here especially over Christmas. Claudia made us feel listened to when a couple of issues beyond her control came up but soon resolved them. We would come back to this place in a heartbeat. It is beautiful. Would recommend a high chair and baby cot to be included in the price but this wouldn’t be needed by everyone. Thank you Claudia.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns in dem geräumigen und gemütlichen Haus gleich wohl. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Außenbereich mit Pool, Dusche und WC und der voll ausgestatteten Outdoorküche mit gemauertem Holzkohlegrill. Für jedes Wetter und zu jeder Situation gibt es die passende Sitzecke!!!

Un très joli logement bien situé. Facile de rejoindre le Teide, la Laguna et les différents sites de l'île. Et au pied, de très jolies plages ! Le logement est propre et agréable à vivre. Le barbecue et la piscine permettent de passer des moments très agréables. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et disponibles. Nous y avons passé un super séjour.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Malt. Wir durften früher einchecken und am Abreisetag länger bleiben, das war sehr entgegenkommend! Die Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen und das Haus gezeigt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, von der mehr als kompletten Küchenausstattung über CD- und Blue Ray Player bis hin zu Gesellschaftsspielen ist alles da! Das Wohngebiet ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Mietwagen gut zu erreichen. Außerdem ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderausflüge in den Nationalpark. Auch in dem kleinen Ort Playa de Santiago herrscht ein sehr gelassenes und angenehmes Flair. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen! Danke Gerlinde 😊

We had an amazing stay at this property! The backyard was absolutely beautiful—spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing. The heated pool was a real highlight, especially in the evenings. The house itself offered tons of space, which made it super comfortable for our group to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was really well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, which we appreciated. Also, the host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had such a relaxing vacation and we hope to come back!

we had a wonderful 10 days in this pleasant place. Very suitable for large families, but we were 15 people, the youngest was 2 years old and the oldest 67 years old, each family has separate apartments or suites. We recommend having at least 1 car around to be able to get supplies. Otherwise, the bus was a short distance away and it was no problem to go, for example, to Las Americas and see the nightlife and take a taxi back. The staff especially Kelly was very helpful. The restaurant next door came in handy when we didn't feel like cooking in the excellent kitchen where everything was provided. We hope the next batch has as much fun as we did. Thanks for us

Lovely property in a quiet residential area. The house was much bigger than the photos. Having access to the three pools was great and the local supermarket and restaurants were less than a 6 minute walk away Overall the stay and the house was excellent and perfect for families looking for somewhere quiet to relax.

Couldn't recommend villa and location enough. Our flight arrived in the morning and Elen organised her friend to meet us at the villa and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Beach, restaurants, shops all easily within walking distance but far enough away that our stay was completely relaxed and peaceful. The villa itself was spotless and lovely. The pool which isn't gated, wasn't huge but lovely and very private. The whole property is only accessible through an entry door with high walls/foliage which you can lock and it makes it feel extremely safe and completely private.Supermarket a few minutes walk and plenty of parking spaces on the street.
