Great place, peaceful location, villa was huge with 4 bedrooms (3 rooms with AC), hall & dining area, villa has lot of outside space to walk & kids play, kitchen with almost all facilities available, Sijo's parents were great host and took care of all our needs. Nearby restaurants and Swiggy options available as well. Overall great place to stay at this price and would look forward to visiting again.

Our plan was very last minute, and we're really thankful they accepted our request so quickly. This homestay is not like the usual ones where a caretaker manages everything. Here, the service is provided by the family members themselves, which makes it feel more like home. From check-in to check-out, the instructions were clear and simple. Offering food at a homestay is an extra task, and we genuinely appreciate the effort they put in. They could have easily suggested nearby commercial hotels, but they went the extra mile to provide home-cooked meals, which made the experience so much more special. It's not about the price; it's about the warmth and hospitality. The house is beautifully built with library, and we had a great view of the plantation at the back. The area is perfect for long walks, and there's even a football turf nearby for sports lovers. A short, peaceful drive of just 5 km takes you to the nearby town, and don’t miss out on a visit to the Calicut Chips shop there!

We had a pleasant stay at Anil’s home. Great location. Caretaker Anitha was kind and helpful. Homely ambiance. Kitchen was shared with another guests but it was ok for us. The power failure was the only thing we had as a negative experience bt later it was managed by the caretaker. Except that we had a fantastic time there

This place is really great to stay, the property is very lush and beautiful. The host Sajan is really accommodating and always available. Extra bedding is provided if necessary. The location of the place is amazing , it’s in the centre from all the must watch tourist attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The apartment is located near the famous restauarnts like Amma, Rehmat and Paragon (Driving Distance between 10 Mins) . The apartment is clean and AC were working properly and the caretaker (brother of host) is a nice person who helped us in recommending good restaurants and was kind enough to plan a small sapplimg that we bought from the previous city as our tradition during our 30 day Kanyakumari to Kashmir Road trip.

The property is nestled in a serene area of Nilambur. It was exactly as described, and all the listed amenities were available. The flat was spotless. Moreover, Mr. Vasudevan was a warm and welcoming host. He was prompt in helping us with directions and made us feel right at home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

we had a very nice and comfortable stay at Franklin's place. the stay was in middle of tea estates and around an hour away from other spots. Frank was very responsive host and helped us out with planning our itinerary to getting local transport when we needed. Thanks a lot for all the help Frank,we had wonderful vacation. :)
