Felt just like home. Absolutely peaceful , safe and comfortable location.Thee amenities very great, cricket indoor nets, swimming pool, a lake,petting zoo. Inside the house everything required was equipped and Ashish was always available for any help. We met a caretaker as well she was helpful as well. Great place to stay and a well equipped kitchen as well as plenty of places near by to explore includingrestaurants, imagica and others. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed at Susheel's studio apartment just for 2 days and it very beautiful... The surroundings were peaceful... The food was healthy... And last but not the least Susheel was a very good host... He responded to every query very quickly. All in all in short I would summarize it as "A home far away from home".

Nice property with all household amenities....Air conditioning was not there but it is not require... air flow is very good in this property with a huge terrace having seating arrangements...Amenities are at par with the price....Sandeep is a very prompt responsive host.

Everything was fair compared to the price. Wi-Fi was not available and we were told about that before the booking, so had to use our mobile data which worked fine for us. Had all the amenities for cooking. Maid comes daily to do the dishes and clean the place. There's a small shop near the society entrance but the local market is far, so one must need a vehicle. Swiggy/instamart/zepto/blinkit doesn't deliver to this location only Zomato works. Rest was fine, had a good stay.

We had an amazing time staying at the property, Winnie and her mom are very sweet and helpful, the place was exactly as listed in the advertisement, the property has nice view from the room, you can get out for a walk, Marheran is very close. I really enjoyed it.

The stay was cozy and felt just like home! They even had put out snacks for us which was a very sweet gesture. Also checkin was very smooth. The room was very clean and the view from balcony is amazing. I would recommend to stay here but best during Monsoon time! Only problem we faced is food. The on site restaurant food was bad and way over priced just due to location i guess. Nearby we didnt find any good restaurants, had to travel almost 25kms to karjat to find good food and hygenic restaurants. Maybe with time this situation would be better. Overall the stay was good. Thanks for having us!

Nice and peaceful place to stay

The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures, it’s a little inside with limited access to restaurants and other things but if one is looking for some peace and quiet this is the place to go to, half of the place is still under construction, it also has a common pool which can be accessed. It felt like home away from home. Everything was perfect, and i case of any issues Shilpa was just a call away and solved things. Hoping to visit again soon.
