Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

Uns hat die Unterkunft besonders gut gefallen. Zum einen, ist die Unterkunft schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Zudem ist die Unterkunft schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind neuwertig und nicht abgenutzt. Die Lage ist super, weil es um die Villa herum ruhig ist und man dennoch sehr nah an der Stadt und somit an Restaurants Bars und Clubs ist. Man hat also alles von deinem. Der Poolbereich hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, sodass man sich in Ruhe Sonnen und diese ausnutzen kann. Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft sind jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation ist super. Diese Unterkunft ist super empfehlenswert. Es sind super süße Katzen in der Umgebung, die sich nach Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit sehnen. Das war das aller schönste was wir in unserem Urlaub erleben durften.

My wife and i needed a break to get away from the stressful year we needed to unwind and relax. Selva's place was the first place i had been able to unwind and relax from the moment we walked in the door very peaceful just what we needed. what a great host nothing was to much trouble and she responded instantly. we would recommend any couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning views to book this apartment and have a great time. we will be booking here again as was a great experience. definitely need to hire a car. many thanks Selva we had a great stay and will be back next year 5 star many thanks Natasha & Andre

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to Bodrum Marina, restaurants and shops. Taxi rank at the end of the road. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We all slept well. Great host and very responsive. No problems at all and would love to return.

Amazing host and amazing place. Taner was very responsive and the house is amazing. We had a lot of fun and we will for sure comeback again.

This home is absolutely beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. Meeting the house manager, Muzaffer was the highlight of our trip! He was so helpful at directing us in the area especially since this was our first time visiting. The home is at the very top of a hill overlooking all of Bodrum. There is a grocery store just a short walk away that is easily accessible. I highly recommend this place to any group that's looking for a beautiful yet quiet getaway.

Umut's house was a great find—comfortable, neat, very clean, and in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. We loved having a small market right next door run by a friendly old man who had everything we needed and was very convenient. The peaceful vibe and local feel were great. The only downside was that the house is a bit far from the marina, and taxis don’t pass by. We didn’t realise this before, and we didn’t have a car which was a bit hard, but that was our fault. Overall, we had a wonderful stay despite this small issue. Thank you so much Umut!!! :)

4 gün konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Ev sahiplerimiz çok güvenilir ve tatlılardı. Ev fotoğraflarda anlatıldığından daha iyiydi, çok temizdi. Evin konumu oldukça iyi, yalıkavak marinaya yürüme mesafesinde, ulaşım sıkıntısı çekmedik. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum, tereddüt etmeden konaklayabilirsiniz.

The pales was great and Erdem is very nice man , let us stay a bit longer , jut one thing would be nice to have microwave in kitchen , but otherwise it was great, we loved the place . And Bodrum was as described, jut we were not lucky whit weather 😃🥰

Amazing stay here in Bodrum! The apartment was incredibly clean and very modern. The view of the sea from the window is stunning. Yamaç is a wonderful host- check-in was very easy, he responded to all questions immediately, and helped us find taxis. The street is very quiet but there’s a nice market open late nearby. The beds are very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again as it felt like a true vacation.

Yer olarak çok merkezi bir konumda, aynı zamanda izole, mahremiyet konusunda da hiç sıkıntı olmuyor. Melis hanım bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Önceden rica ettiğimiz her şeyi sağlamıştı. Evin içinde ihtiyaç duyulan mutfak eşyaları tamdı. Her odada klima olması ısınma açısından muhteşemdi asla üşümedik. Ayrıca Melis hanımın annesi bize tatlı bile getirdi çok naziklerdi. Otopark sorunu da yok onu da ayarlıyorlar. Yine gelirsek kalacağımız yer burası.

Meral Hanım ve eşi son derece misafirperver ve cok yardımcılar, ev kutu gibi ihtiyac duyulacak herşey mevcut cok guzel dizayn edilmiş aşırı sakin ve huzurluydu, her gün sitenin kendi plajından faydalandık , deniz suyu aşırı temizdi ve doğal havuz cok keyifliydi cocuklar cok mutlu oldular, ev marketlere cok yakındı alışveriş konusunda sorun yaşamdık ama araç şart, cok huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik, tekrar cok tşk ederiz misafirperverliğiniz için🙏🏻

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! My family of 3 greatly enjoyed the beautiful villa. The space was very ample with nicely appointed kitchen. The clean private pool was steps away. The location is also very advantageous: close to beach clubs, sports attractions, food markets, bus stops and a taxi station. Our hosts, Yildiray and his daughter, were always in touch and helpful with any questions/issues. It was a pleasure to meet them both. I would definitely recommend their place.

Bodrum' un en güzel manzarasına sahip, tamamen sakin bir yer. Mekan harika bir inziva olanağı sunuyor. Jonas, oldukça rahat ve samimi bir ev sahibiydi. Yeniden gitmek için sabırsızlanıyorum.

A wonderful villa with sea and bay view from the terrace. It has a private pool and a beautiful courtyard. It was very clean and smelled good. Tracey was very friendly and welcoming. She was very flexible with checkin and check out time. She welcomed us and showed us around. She was very helpful with local tips. She helped me with the car rental, and advised me few restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed all her advices. This villa is quite big enough for large families. The pool is sparkling clean and well equipped with all kind of pool toys for kids. Terrace of the villa is just amazing with the stunning view and breeze. I have no single negative point during our entire stay. For sure will come back again. I would like to thank you Tracey once again being so nice and helpful during our stay. All the best :)

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
