Fin dal primo momento mi ha accolto come un amico, condividendo con me i segreti del posto, consigliandomi sui prodotti locali e indicandomi dove acquistarli al miglior prezzo. Inoltre, mi ha accompagnato in diverse escursioni straordinarie tra cascate, isole e sessioni di snorkeling. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare da lei per vivere un'autentica esperienza in una casa locale! Grazie mille Hien, ci vediamo quando torno a Phu Quoc!!

My stay at Tinh House was truly an amazing experience! This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the city. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the most beautiful lounge, filled with stunning decorations and lush plants everywhere. It felt like an oasis! I also loved the adorable kittens that greeted me. The onsite cafe was a great perk, offering delicious food and drinks. What truly stood out was the incredible staff – they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Finally, the rooms were very clean and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend Tinh House for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kampot. Ken was a gracious host—his hospitality was unmatched. The property is beautiful and seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay—we especially appreciated the large jugs of drinking water. It’s a great location if you rent a moto, which we did. The surrounding area is stunning, with excellent food and plenty to explore. We especially like the Village Inn for its food and The Hideaway for kayaking and exploring nature. Our only regret: not staying longer.

Anne was a wonderful host being extremely helpful and friendly! Such kind people, willing to provide answers to any queries or questions we had about the area and the property. The location is beautiful and recluse very good for a peaceful get away. Clean facilities including spotless kitchen and Bathroom area. 5* Stay Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Magnifique maison, au bord de la rivière, avec une vue imprenable. A l'arrivée, tard le soir, nous n'étions pas très à l'aise car la maison est semi ouverte et nous n'étions pas habitués à une telle immersion dans la nature. Karin est venue nous rassurer et nous donner de bons conseils; nous avons adoré notre séjour! Nous avons aussi pu profiter d'un excellent soin/massage au spa de l'autre côté de la rivière. On est venu nous chercher en bâteau pour nous y amener; très chouette.

Ce logement est soigné et propre. 2 jours étaient trop peu pour profiter de tout le confort que ce bel appartement offre. Le décoration, le choix des matériaux, la propreté irréprochable, la literie : bravo au propriétaire (qui est Belge) pour tous ces efforts mis dans le Airbnb ! On s'est senti comme à la maison (en version arty)

Nin's place is wonderful. exactly as described. love the quietness in the morning and enjoy the seaview and breeze. i went thr a few mishaps in this trip and Nin was such a wonderful host and helped me with it. she went the extra mile in helping me. without her help, I will be totally lost. Will definitely go back to her place if I go back to Phu Quoc and will recommend her place to my friends.

Lovely apartment. Well positioned need the beach. Great pool at the unit and central property pool. Mainly clean but could’ve been better under the bed and side tables etc. All in all a good stay. Very helpful staff when needed.

This is a wonderful place to stay for some much needed peace and enjoying nature in the Cambodian countryside. The house is modern and beautiful. Great pool that my family loved swimming in. Well equipped and comfortable home with lots of space.

Le logement est conforme aux photos, emplacement calme proche du centre ville, environ 20 min à pieds! Très bon rapport qualité prix, pris une agréable et très bonne communication avec Eugène! Le wifi est également très bon. Je recommande

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed very much. We rented both villas on the property so it was very private but cannot say how it would have been if someone else would have stayed at the other villa as they are quite close. The other villa on the property is Villa Ananda, both available on AirBnB, although this is not apparent from the listing. Mr Sokhim and Ms Jenda who take care of the property were very kind and helpful.

The communication with Joe was really easy, he was helpful and answered within minutes. The bungalow is nicely located, calm area, some nice restaurants nearby and 5 min from the beach away. Overall a really nice experience. We enjoyed it a lot :-)

Great place to stay! It's well located, close to shops and restaurants, but really quiet so you can relax. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. The swimming pool is great and the internet works well. I had to do some work while staying here and had no connection issues. Overall, a great experience!

Wir waren 5 Nächte in einem Bungalow Haus von Joe. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und wir waren absolut zufrieden. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und der Public Beach ist in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch um ein Motorrad zu mieten, war Joe sehr hilfsbereit und wir hatten in nur 10 Minuten eines vor dem Haus! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen :-)

Great location. It’s near the city’s Main Street (I would say walking distance but there’s an electric car available at reception till 10pm which will take you to the Main Street. ) Yet the bungalow is in surprisingly quiet/peaceful setting which we liked.

Отличная вилла. Всё что нужно, всё есть, плита, посуда, фен, холодильник и прочее. Уборка, хороший интернет. До пляжа правда чуть далековато, но если брать байк или велосипед вообще не проблема. На байке до пляжа минуты 4, если пешком минут 15. Байк брали там же, 130к за сутки. Классная команда, всегда помогут. Вообще, по расположению, то если есть байк, то почти идеально, всё рядом, кафешки, остановка на автобус,магазины, базарчик, но в то же время как бы в глубине, поэтому достаточно тихо. Классный бассейн с джакузи, но детям лучше использовать аквашузы, ну и так как это дом, то бывает всякая живность, гекончики, муравьишки, разок скорпиончик был 😂 Но думаю для юго-восточки- это норм. Рекомендую 💪
