We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). Marta is a very nice host and answers very fast when we had questions or comments. The house is very nice with a lot of ways to relax like the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. Small supermarket and bakery are around te corner. We have had a great stay!

We loved our stay at Daniela’s apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Jezera is beautiful and so is the apartment. 10/10, thanks so much!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das Appartement ist super sauber und die Aussicht fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und zur Ankunft gab es noch eine kleine Überraschung über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Vielen Dank an Mate und Martina

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

Pobyt u Terezy sme si mimoriadne užili :) všetko od príchodu až po samý koniec bolo 10/10. Mali sme súkromie, ubytovanie bolo žiarivo čisté a Tereza bola priateľská a veľmi pohostinná. Ubytovanie je plne zariadené, má novú silnú klimatizáciu ktorú sme odcenili najmä v horúcich dňoch. Po príchode sme sa okamžite cítili ako doma. Lokácia je perfektná, všetko potrebné do 10min pešo. Dúfam že sa ešte niekedy vrátime <3

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Tatjana war sehr freundlich und ihre Mutter total lieb und immer bei Fragen oder sonstigem jederzeit zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Rab ist einfach eine tolle Insel, bedient für Familien. Von der Wohnung kommt man super schnell überall hin. Wir würden hier immer wieder gern buchen.

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The house is wonderfully spacious, which made us feel relaxed right away. The house is in real life better than the pictures show! The location is absolutely 10/10, with everything we needed within easy reach. The short distance to The Garden was a real bonus for us, allowing us to easily enjoy the surroundings every day. A special thank you to the host for the lovely bottle of wine that was waiting for us upon arrival—such a warm welcome made our stay extra special. We had a great time and would love to come back again

Logement très propre, la climatisation fonctionnait bien ce qui était un plus avec la canicule. Logement proche de commerces et pas trop loin du centre ville à pied. Super boulangerie très près de la maison. Quartier très calme. On a pu garer la voituresans la cour. Notre hôtesse Jelena est très gentille et serviable très réactive. Le logement est vraiment super propre il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour laisser l'appartement propre Quelques ustensilesen plus serait super pour cuisiner davantage. Je recommande ce logement pour visiter Zadar et les alentours. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

Die Lage dieses Hauses ist einfach wunderbar! Direkt am türkisfarbenen Meer, ruhig gelegen auf einem sehr großen eingezäunten Landstück. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht für einen gemütlichen Urlaub, um zusammen zu kochen, grillen und essen! Man kann direkt vom Haus aus schwimmen, schnorcheln oder auch mit einem Kanu/SUP raus gehen. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und die Natur liebt wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Trotzdem ist man ganz schnell in den umliegenden Orten mit Restaurants, Markt, Supermärkten und Stränden.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach zauberhaft! Alles perfekt sauber, Marina und Famielie sind alle supernett und herzlich! Wir haben viele Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen ohne zu fragen. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und das Highlight ist definitiv der Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon, sowie der fantastische Garten mit frischen Khaki, Granatäpfel und vieles vieles mehr. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen❤️❤️❤️

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist super☺️

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Barbara. Wir durften selbst einchecken und sie hat uns ein paar Minuten später persönlich empfangen und ein paar Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Orten gegeben. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand darf von allen Urlaubern genutzt werden die auf dem Grundstück wohnen ( 3 weitere Parteien) aber wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Diese hat ca bis 14 Uhr Schatten und perfekt ist und danach wird ein kleiner Teil durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir, 4 erwachsene und 2 Babys, hatten eine tolle Zeit. alles was man brauchte war da. Wenn etwas fehlte hat sich Milan schnell darum gekümmert. der Außenbereich ist das Highlight der Unterkunft.

Smilja ist ein super Gastgeberin :-) Sie hat uns bei allem was wir wissenwollten oder brauchten. Sie hatte uns tagsüber sogar die Markieren rausgedreht als wir nicht da waren,damit es drinnen nicht so warm wird bis wir zuhause sind. Sie hatte den Pool auch täglich gesäubert was uns sehr gefreut hat. Sie waren beide immer sehr freundlich und für ein kurzes Gespräch zu haben. In der Unterkunft gab es sogar einen hocker für die Dusche. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub ist die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen 🙃 Vielen Dank für alles Ihr habt Unseren Urlaub komplett gemacht 🤗 Grüße Viola and Friends

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.
